Late one summer evening I was out walking in the Yard with my beloved as we had been meeting there to confirm our courtship, as was the custom for our two families, they had bargained once a generation where a daughter and son were to be wed and keep the families at bay and prosperous, as well as in power. It was here in the Yard where she and I would meet and discuss the unlikeliness of her and I having a true UNION as neither of us felt a thing for each other, though neither of us wished to dispose our family heritage nor that of our rights or for what their possible removal of our status would become, it seemed to the two of us that we were forced into a destined loveless marriage that we could not escape. Together we had plotted numerous ideations as to how we could escape our fate, yet none would invoke the demand to run without severe consequences. It was this night in the summer as the wind cascading off the mountains and into the small valley where our town was, in the center, the Yard, where we would be able to find the answer.

POND AT BANGABANDHU HALL Prof Nisar mentioned that there is another pond within the campus, which is also currently dry. This reservoir, which covers an area of around 2 bighas, is located inside the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Hall. Vice Chancellor Prof Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique explained that the pond became polluted due to waste dumping. However, since taking charge, he has taken the initiative to renovate it. Despite efforts to dig, the water does not sustain in the pond. The Vice Chancellor emphasized the need to avoid digging too deep to prevent any risks to nearby buildings. He assured that they are actively working to protect the pond, considering the technical problem. Prof Mofizur Rahman, the provost of the hall, echoed the same sentiment, expressing their desire to preserve the pond.

Reed Alexander's Horror Review of 'Prince of Darkness' (1987)
Cosmic Horror developed from the idea that there are measurable forces, tangible entities, and connected realities, all of which are scientifically feasible. This actually has been a bit of an issue with horror in general. There really isn't a need to have tangibility in horror. Why does Michael Myers keep getting back up? Is it some mystical force? Sure! It could be anything. It could be demons, the spirit of Samhain, evil incarnate, whatever. It honestly doesn't always need an explanation. That was my critique of The Hallow (2015). Sometimes scientific plausibility kills the mood of horror.

Night Terror
Night terror had taken a hold of me. I tried to scream, but the heart stopping panic and dreadful feeling of impending doom permeated the air and not a sound exuded from the depths of my being. Terror clutched at my heartstrings and twisted her grizzly gnarled fingers until the phantomlike pain broke through the spectrum of my reality.
