We Found A House In The Woods. Content Warning.
The notion of an uninvited presence with unknown motives lurking in a baby's bedroom is enough to instill fear in anyone. Captured on a Nest nanny cam, the footage begins with a baby crying as it attempts to climb out of its crib, displaying surprising agility for its age, likely between one and two years. The situation escalates when the child stands upright, wobbling yet maintaining an unnatural balance, as if an unseen force is supporting it. The baby reaches out, and such stability at this young age, especially on the narrow edge of a crib, is highly improbable. The child's cries intensify, leading some to speculate that it may be perceiving a ghostly figure. As the screams peak in terror, the unseen force appears to release its hold, causing the child to fall back into the crib, narrowly avoiding injury, and continuing to cry in distress. While some argue that the entity may be trying to comfort the child due to a lack of adult attention, skeptics claim the video is staged, suggesting that subjecting a child to such distress for the sake of a ghostly hoax is more disturbing than the haunting itself.

The Haunting of the Sailor's Locket
An ancient Victorian house seemed to moan and creak like a tossed ship in an evil storm. Heavy raindrops hurled against the windows as it reflected the storm brewing within Elara's spirit. She squeezed the old, antique locket tightly. Icy against the softness of her shaking palms. It had belonged to her grandmother, something so old and buried in a far-off era of history. Many said that even the ghostly spirit of some long-lost sailor was contained within this silver ornament.

Whispers in the Dark
Whispers in the Dark Rain lashed against the windowpane of the old Whitmore estate, a symphony of nature's fury that masked the subtle creaks of the ancient house settling into the night. Emily Carter pulled her shawl tighter around her shoulders, the damp chill creeping into her bones. She hadn't planned on staying the night, but the sudden storm had made the winding country roads treacherous.

The Silent Witness
The Silent Witness The wind howled through the abandoned house on Willow Lane, rattling the broken window panes and carrying whispers of the past. The town of Greyford had long forgotten the old Mercer house, letting it crumble under the weight of time. But tonight, its silence was deceptive. Tonight, it bore witness once again.

The Real Story of Grandpa’s the Spirit, Parts 1 and 2
Mateja Klaric posted an invitation for participants in a writers’ group on LinkedIn to share anecdotes about the oddest things that have occurred to them. Well, I’ve seen a great deal of unusual things, but this has to be the only one that delves into the area of the paranormal. At the time it occurred, I accepted what I saw as a ghost; today, as a somewhat more skeptical adult, I maintain that I have no explanation for what I witnessed. In any case, it remains a really unique memory. Here’s the story:
