Cecil Hotel, built in 1927, has long been believed to be haunted. Numerous guests have tragically committed suicide by jumping out of their room windows. Adding to its dark history, about 30 years ago, a notorious serial killer named Richard Ramirez stayed in the hotel and murdered 13 people in his room. It is said that his spirit still lingers within the hotel.
