Carnival: Nobody's Home
Roy was looking at his emptied room. He was filled with pride and nostalgia. He had lived in his apartment for 7 years. Straight out of high school, through the rough times of college, three failed relationships, and four lousy jobs. He said bye to the room, walked out, and hugged his former roommate one last time. His roommate gave him a bottle of alcohol and they parted ways. Roy was sad to leave but ecstatic to see his first house.

The Strange Tales of Killian Barger: The Little Ghost
The streets thrummed around him as Killian walked past droves of laughing children. The street lights buzzed placidly, and the moon was a full and watchful eye overhead. Around him, superheroes and princesses, ninjas and pop stars, soldiers, and sports players ran willy-nilly. It was the barely controlled chaos that Killian had missed on the other side. He had invited Dom to come out too, but Dom was out at an event with his Granddaughter, and Killian wouldn't have taken that away from him for the world.

Carnival: Listen
“Run! Ruuuuun!” a distant voice called out. Amy ran as fast as she could into a forest. She tripped over a tree root and tumbled down into a small river. She coughed up some of the water. Looking uphill, she saw a figure run the path she was previously on. She got to her feet and carefully went alongside the river until she came upon a small town. She kept hearing a distant voice encouraging her to keep going. She eventually waved down a car. Luckily for her, it was a police car that took her to the hospital.

Carnival: Discharge
“They’re gone because of you.” Josh woke up screaming once again. It was only getting worse. It had been six months since he was rescued from Sunny. Though Sunny, physically, escaped. Josh was very much haunted by the events. He had convinced himself that everyone was only being nice to him because they felt bad for him. He already felt bad enough for being the only survivor. He didn’t want their charity.

Carnival: Knock Knock
A female and male couple stumbled through the front door of a cabin. Kissing all over each other, they comment on how great of an idea it was to steal her dad’s keys. They justify it by saying her dad hasn’t done anything with the place for years and how he was trying to get other family members to take the property from him. As the male kissed along her neck, asking why wouldn’t anyone want to live there. She said she didn’t understand why. In between breaths, they complimented the cabin while comparing it to each other. The smooth surface of the floor, the crystal decorations being very clean, the animal fur rug being well maintained, the wood being strong. As they began to undress, there were two knocks at the door. Annoyed, the male went over to see who it was.
