The Last Breath of Winter
The first chapter: dug into hers. “Then listen closely, for my time is short.” On a frozen lake, his voice was like ice breaking apart. He told her of his love for Evelyn, the woman he had planned to marry. But their love had been forbidden by Evelyn’s cruel father, Lord Whitmore, who feared Aidan’s humble status would ruin their family name. Whitmore had locked Evelyn up on the night of their elopement and lured Aidan into the storm with a letter she had written. Aidan had wandered into the blizzard, betrayed and heartbroken, his breath taken away by the harsh winter. The third chapter is Love and Horror. The thought sent a chill down Asha's spine. “But… if you’re here, does that mean Evelyn is still alive?”

"A Wonder Child"
"A Wonder Child" The village of Ravenswood had been enamored with its young prodigy, Tommy Ellison, for as long as anybody could remember. Even though he was only 10, he was smarter than everybody else in the community. But it was not simply his academic prowess; there was something unnerving about him. People claimed that he seemed to be able to see right into your soul when he gazed at you. And for some, that sensation persisted long after he had averted his eyes.

"The City of Death: Wolf Doll"
"The City of Death: Wolf Doll" A long-abandoned city was located in one of the world's forgotten corners. Time appeared to stop in this place, and sadness seemed to permeate the very air. Known only as the Death City, it was a location so bleak that not even the most courageous people dared to go there. The streets of the once-thriving metropolis had been overrun by the unrelenting hold of decay, and it had fallen into ruin.

A Love Letter Written in Tears of Blood
A Love Letter Written in Tears of Blood It was a dark and silent night. An old, abandoned mansion stood alone under the pale moonlight. The tall iron gate cast long shadows on the ground as a cold wind rustled through the trees. A single flickering lantern inside barely illuminated the crumbling walls, its glow trembling as if afraid of the darkness around it.

No one dared to go near it at night, for from within came wretched screams of agony—cries that sent shivers down the spine of anyone who heard them.

The Eerie Incident in Sawali Hospital's Ward
The Eerie Incident in Sawali Hospital's Ward It was 2 AM. A deep silence hung over the third floor of Sawali Hospital, just outside the ICU. The only sounds in the ward were the rhythmic beep... beep... beep of the machines. Nurse Seema and ward boy Rohan were on duty. Seema was making her rounds, while Rohan was organizing medical records.

"Zombie City: The Final Mile"
"Zombie City: The Final Mile" Eldridge had once been a thriving metropolis, teeming with activity. Cars raced along the highways, towering skyscrapers lined the streets, and laughter resounded in the parks. That was before to the pandemic, though. It was now a cemetery of broken glass, wrecked cars, and rotting bodies. The streets were eerily quiet, save for the occasional groan from the undead, and the air smelled like rot.

"Expectant Mother"
"Expectant Mother" Lena was thrilled about the life that was developing within her. It was a miracle pregnancy after years of infertility struggles. "Inmate~111"
"Inmate~111" The air in Cell Block D was heavy with the smell of mildew and hopelessness, and the walls were wet. Every night, the eerie moans of the old structure blended with the sound of pouring water echoing through the little passageways. It was a place that spit out regret and swallowed optimism. However, none of the prisoners were aware that the real terror would come from the evil force that lay beneath, not from the penalty for their previous transgressions.
