The 18th Hung King organized a competition to find a suitor for his daughter and finally found Son Tinh, the Mountain God and Thuy Tinh, the Water God.
With the control of the mountain, the sea, and the storm, Son Tinh and Thuy Tinh could engage in a struggle, which reeks of devastation and its powers. To protect the houses and crops of locals, Son Tinh would raise the mountains. Thuy Tinh felt exhausted and was forced to retreat.

Trong Thuy and My Chau got married and after getting My Chau’s trust, Trong Thuy stole the crossbow and brought it back to his father, Trieu Da. With the mysterious crossbow, Trieu Da successfully attacked An Duong Vuong areas.
An Duong Vuong came with his daughter to the ocean and then disappeared into the ocean for good. Besides, My Chau’s blood floated into the water and turned into pearls. Trong Thuy suicide by jumping into the well. Finally, pearls washed the water to brightly shine. Finally, the message of the Vietnam mythology gods is the undying love between both of them.
4. Vietnamese mythology creatures of Hoan Kiem Lake
Dating back to thousand years, the Chinese Ming regime tried to colonize Vietnam. Le Loi stood up to fight for the country and defeat the rivalry. One day, he stumbled on the mysterious sword and the sword helped Le Loi against the Chinese Ming. After lots of victories, Le Loi defeated all Chinese army and then became the Le Thai To Emperor.

Tao Quan in Vietnam is believed to be the Three Vietnamese Kitchen Gods in every corner of local kitchens. These Vietnamese God myth come from a story about a wood-cutter, his wife, and a hunter. The woodcutter felt stressed of finance and then behaved destructively to his wife by beating her. After suffering a lot, the wife ran out of the house and wandered around the forest. Then she met a hunter and she felt sympathy and love from him. Finally, they got married and lived happily together.
One day, when the woodcutter went around the jungle to look for food, he asked for a house to stay in. When the wife went into the house, she found out that the woodcutter in the house was her former husband. At that time, she was afraid of uncovering the truth, which could ruin her new happiness. Upon approaching Tet Holiday, the hunter made so much food. The woodcutter kept silent and the wife now felt the sacrifice for her, finally, she threw herself into the fire. The hunter, together with the star-crossed lovers, could not imagine living without his wife.
Finally, the deaths of three people are celebrated on the 23rd of the final month every year. On this day, people would offer the best food, money, and prosperity.
