Tintinnabulation...sound...noise, transcending into silence
Sometimes the noise around me becomes so deafening. I must need borrow from "Poe".

To find the centered peace for which my soul fervently yearns, I would be thus encouraged to find myself the Kundalini master of the universe. Thus Centering my Chakras and Chi. In so doing I might also help all of those so inclined to find the peace and harmony required to mold this inharmonious worldly existence of ours, into centered happy vessels. In doing so, I may hopefully aid the unhappy suffering, noisy, clamoring mass of humanity which I am fortunately or unfortunately, finding myself a member of.
This desire could be as old as time itself, or as new as the new moon or a new sun waxing or waning as time passes.
Harnessing my Chi

Chi is a term that has different meanings depending on the context. It can refer to the twenty-second letter of the Greek alphabet. It can also refer to the twenty-second star in a constellation. However, in traditional Chinese philosophy, religion and medicine, Chi (also spelled qi) is life force energy or vital life of a living being . The concept is similar to prana in Hinduism and yoga philosophy.
If, and when, my body gets out of balance, I would then be master of the essence of my vast and yet untapped inner and innumerable yet uncharted human resources.
Yet, truthfully, it is mainly an aspiration to rise above the self
For you see....
Sometimes the sounds around me become so loud
The clank, clank, clanking
Resounds with such dissonance, such cacophony
It forces me to close my eyes and endeavor
to harness and deeply embrace the silence of the void
The clash, clash, clashing, tis enough to drive me mad
So, I stand still and hold my breath, till I fear I might turn blue
Still the clinking, rattling and clangour persists unchecked
This aching heartrending desire for true and pure silence
truly requires such an enormous force of my inner will
I therefore must need tether my consciousness to the tune of the universe
hold, hold, holding my breath and transcending beyond myself
So that the jingling, jangling, rattling and discord
Give way to quiet, peace and harmony of my inner soul
Mellifluence, euphony, accord and symmetry now must blend
Amity, balance, congruity, consonance and concord...now
Stills my soul. Amicability within and without embrace their duality as physical entities within my body world.
Kundalini then rises. Breathing, visualizations, mudras, bandhas, kriyas, and mantras are focused on manipulating the flow of subtle energy through my Chakras.
My seven Chakras are thus becoming released and renewed
Root Chakra (Muladhara)
Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
Heart Chakra (Anahata)
Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)
Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)
Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

Root/1st Chakra: Red
Sacral/2nd Chakra: Orange
Solar Plexus/3rd Chakra: Yellow
Heart/4th Chakra: Green or Pink
Throat/5th Chakra: Blue
Third Eye/6th Chakra: Indigo
Crown/7th Chakra: Violet
The colors may vary, depending on the frequency, density or pulse of each chakra.
The Root Chakra brings safety and security
The Sacral Chakra controls emotions, creativity, sensuality and reproduction
The Solar Plexus Chakra; self-esteem, will power, energy transformation, personality transformation and identy, aids digestion and fires your gut level intuition
The Heart Chakra invites love and compassion
The Throat Chakra; communication, self expression and truth
The Third Eye chakra is the sixth chakra located at the forehead, between the eyes. It is associated with intuition, wisdom, imagination, and spiritual awareness. Its color is indigo. The third eye chakra allows us to perceive beyond the material world and the five senses.
The Crown Chakra aids in spiritual peace, higher consciousness and higher self
The chakras are thought to vitalize the physical body and to be associated with interactions of a physical, emotional and mental nature. They are considered the loci of life energy or prana which is thought to flow among them along pathways called nadi. The function of the chakras is to spin and draw in this energy to keep the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health of the body in balance.
The colors of life blend in euphoric light and glorious harmony
The energy centers within my existence find joy and compatibility
With the silence which now permeates the 'outer' of the universe
I will then find joy and immeasurable peace within the 'inner'.

May light, beauty, joy and peace surround our every waking moment today!

I don't much knowledge on this Chakra stuff so this was so fascinating to read! Thank you so much for writing this!
I first became familiar with chakras in Shirley Maclaine's book GOING WITHIN. It reinforced my sense of spiritual resonance among empaths. Now, I continue to enjoy individuals (who are perhaps cloaked empaths) reaching out and healing others as they heal themselves. May your healing (if you need it) be profound.
I had heard of chi and this teaches me much more
