The History and Practice of Wing Chun and It’s Benefits
Wing Chun is the name of a system of martial arts developed in southern China approximately 300 years ago. Its originator, the Buddhist nun Ng Mui, was a master of Shaolin Kung Fu and used this knowledge to invent a way to take advantage of the weaknesses inherent in the other Shaolin systems. This new system was well-guarded and passed on to only a few, very dedicated students. Later, the style became known as Wing Chun, after Ng Mui’s first student, a woman named Yim Wing Chun.

The Voices
They are the kind of voices that stop you from buying into your own life stop you from enjoying the good times. Believing that they will endure the anxiety and the pressure and the strength that it took to get from where you were to where you are doesn't go away so you don't really believe it's yours, you're driving it, but you don't really. believe it short and you're scared to relax and really rest in whatever it is. or whoever it is. and the enemy always has some sort of tool or memory or a situation that he uses to terrify you even though the good times are here and and the dream is there the blessing is there and the goodness is there? but there's always this haunting nagging defiance this is don't you relax. you're not worth it you don't deserve it. and it's not going to last resting in what God has done is often more difficult than receiving what God has done to rest in it to believe that it will last. to believe that you will last a Love or less that that life will last and that good times will come that things will be better it's difficult because of the voices and you are what you eat, and the voices are the food that feeds your faith or fear you see those voices that say what you can't do what you can't have what you. can't be what's not going to last what's not going to work is how the enemy pulverizes the promises of God in your life and it takes word to combat word that's why when Jesus was in the wilderness and Satan was so unwarded him he was throwing word back and what we have to do is put word on word I'm blessed I'm blessed in the city I'm blessed in the field I'm blessed in my Uprising I'm blessed in my down setting I'll be blessed into my old age I'll be blessed when I'm an old man my grandchildren will be blessed my body is blessed my body is my mind is blessed my head is blessed I got this I can handle it I can do it bring it on hideous. that kind of talk saying that to yourself drives back the other voices of negativity that we all have creep up behind us and tell us that we're not capable and we're not competent and we're not gifted enough and we're not good enough or we waited too late for God is punishing us foreign do not be conformed to the pattern of this world but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think you know God is far more interested in changing my mind than he is in changing my circumstances we always want God to change our circumstances God wants to change your mind why it's so important that I manage my mind I need to learn how to manage my mind because number one my thoughts control my life my thoughts control my life you have good thoughts you can have a good life you have bad thoughts you're gonna have a bad life if you have sick thoughts you're gonna have a sick life uh if you have sinful thoughts you're gonna have sinful life be careful how you think your life is shaped by your thoughts we control what we eat we control What We believe We control uh uh what we what we drink and but but we don't always control what we allow in our minds and the Bible tells us that every action in your life starts with a thought if you don't think it it doesn't happen if you think good things then good things are going to happen if you and you're going to do good things but if you have bad thoughts then you're going to tend to act in bad ways so your mind controls and shapes your life but there's a second reason that you need to learn to manage your mind it's because my mind is the Battleground for sin it's where every Temptation happens it's where every sin actually starts the sin of Pride starts in the mind the sin of lust starts in the mind the sin of hatred starts with the Mind fear starts in the mind resentment jealousy Envy they all start of the Mind worry being stressed out that's all in the mind this the battlefield for sin is fought not around you it's thought in your mind Romans chapter 7 verses 22 and 23 Paul talks about this battle it's constantly going on in our minds and he says this I love to do God's will so far as my new nature is concerned but there's something else deep within me that is at war with my mind and it wins the fight and it makes me a

A Major Intelligence Failure
Pakistan is oftenly blamed by international community to support and facilitate the terrorist organizations. Pakistan obviously reject and call it an absolute nonsense and conspiracy theory against Pakistan. Pakistan is blamed for the immense attacks that had been taken place around the world for example 9-11 attacks in US, 26/11 attacks in Mumbai, India. Pakistan has continously negated these allegations and declared them as a complete bull shit and a conspiracy theory against Pakistan. One of allegation of keeping Osama Bin Ladan in Pakistan was also rejected by Pakistan. Osama Bin Ladan was the head of Al-Qaeda and was considered the responsible and master mind behind the 9-11 attacks. America was behind him since 2001 but he hid himself in the mountains of Afghanistan. Due to this the US invaded Afghanistan to catch Osama Bin Ladan. The leader of Taliban at that time was Mulla Umer who rejected the US demand of handing over Osama to the US. Eventually, US launched the war against Afghanistan. US feeded the Afghan government of that time with dollars so they could allow the US forces to Afghanistan territory. US traced Osama for many years but they couldn't find his trace. US always doubted the neighbor country Pakistan for hiding Osama. To overcome their doubt, establishment of US prepared a plan to enter Pakistan territory and launch an operation in the northern part of Pakistan. Actually it was a city named Abbottabad in the province of KPK. A proper plan was prepared in the White House and operation was launched from Afghanistan. So, the operation was launched in the late night. Amal Ahmad Abdul Fattah al-Sadah, a 29-year-old Yemeni woman, sits with her three-year-old child, Hussain, in a second-floor bedroom. Near to her is her husband, Osama bin Laden. About 250km away, at a US airbase in the eastern Afghan city of Jalalabad, the rotor blades of two stealth Black Hawk helicopters begin to turn. The Black Hawks, coated with special radar-evading paint and panels, as well as noise suppression devices, fly low and fast, entering Pakistani airspace in the Khyber tribal area between 11:15pm and 11:30pm. They are closely followed by two other helicopters, mostly likely Chinooks. All four fly along the route of the River Kabul, above Chakdarra to Kala Dhaka, where one touches down, ready to provide refuelling and additional support to the Navy SEALs now en route to their target in Abbottabad. Approximately an hour and ten minutes after leaving Jalalabad, the US helicopters arrive at the compound in Abbottabad’s Nawan Sheher neighbourhood. Navy SEALs rappel down ropes to the street below. Some head towards the residential buildings, while others, including Urdu and Pashto speakers, form a cordon around the compound to keep locals away. In their cramped rooms on the second floor, Bin Laden and Sadah hear what they initially think is the sound of a storm outside. They go to the balcony to see what is happening, but the night of May 1 is a moonless one, and it is pitch dark. In the annexe, meanwhile, Ibrahim al-Kuwaiti, a Pakistani bodyguard and courier for Bin Laden, is asleep with his wife, Maryam, and their children. They are awoken by a loud noise. As he attempts to calm his children, Kuwaiti receives a phone call. He asks if it is his brother, Abrar – also a guard and courier – who lives with his family in the main house. He gets no response. Back in the main building, some of Bin Laden’s family members refuse to leave him, as ordered. His daughter, Mariam, goes out on the balcony with her children to see what is happening outside. Bin Laden reaches for his weapon. That’s when they hear the sound of an explosion – whether it is the helicopter crashing or charges being used to blast through a door is unclear. When the soldiers forced their way in, Khairiyyah another wife of Osama said that one of them “looked as if he had seen a witch!” The women and their rooms were searched, and then led downstairs by the soldiers. The Pakistani security and military response to the raid, according to the Commission, amounted to a “collective failure”. Not only was the country’s airspace compromised without the immediate knowledge of the military, but there was also “a grave dereliction of duty” on the part of the civil security establishment – that is, the police and civilian administration. By this time, it had become clear that a major operation had just taken place. Superior officers in the military were informed, and at about 2:00am, Major-General Ashfaq Nadeem, the Director-General of Military Operations (DGMO) called General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani, Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff. General Kayani then told the head of PAF to launch a retaliation against the operation. It took another another 45 minutes to take off F16s from the Air base. The Prime Minister Gillani was told around 3-4 am approximately 4 hours after the initial incrusion. The last man who was been told about the operation was the head of state of Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari. This communication gap paid a massive price which resulted in the major National Security failure.

America's spy plane
An American U-2 espionage plane was struck by a Soviet S-75 Dvina surface-to-air missile on May 1st, 1960, somewhere above the Sverdlovsk region. The US administration invented a cover narrative, stating the plane was a NASA research craft that went down after encountering difficulties, not wanting to lose face in front of the press or the Soviets. The pilot was said to have radioed in a problem with his oxygen supply just before communication with the jet was lost in an effort to make the deception seem as convincing as possible. They even went so far as to ground the whole fleet of U-2s used by the US air force, reportedly to check for problems with the oxygen delivery systems.
