Wok of Love Review: Don't Watch This in an Empty Stomach

So now we are going to talk about a drama that has been released in recent times on miniTV as well as on MX Player's platform, its name is Wok of Love. I have finished watching it and today we are going to do its postmortem.

I am giving you a small warning beforehand, you might feel very hungry while watching this drama because so many delicious foods have been shown in this drama that it is 100 percent sure that your mouth will water, so watch this show only after eating or drinking something, otherwise, you will end up like me, I had to leave the show midway to go and get some food items from the market, so make arrangements in advance and keep them with you.

I would like to tell you that there are 19 episodes available in this Kdrama and the story has ended in these 19 episodes.

Hindi dubbing is okay, I did not feel very great and there are a lot of kissing scenes in the show, so you should decide for yourself whether you should follow this show with your family or your children or not.

Before coming to the rest of the story of this drama, let me tell you that its story is similar to a large extent to the Indian Bollywood film Dulhe Raja, in which Govinda falls in love with a girl and that girl is very rich, her father has a hotel by the name of Maharaja and the girl's father does not like his son-in-law at all because he runs a small dhaba in front of the same hotel and most of the people who stay in that Maharaja hotel often comes to that boy's dhaba to eat because the food of the hotel is very expensive as compared to the food of that boy's dhaba, even the manager of the hotel comes to eat at that boy's dhaba.

So the theme of Wok of Love drama presents a premise almost similar to the Dulhe Raja. Here our hero used to work in a hotel where the chief is quite powerful. So the scene is such that his wife cheats on him with the CEO of that hotel. Now he decides that he will take revenge and he starts a small food business in front of the same hotel. Then to know what happens next, you have to watch this drama.

The actress who cheated on the main hero is a girl from a rich family who is about to get married but her father gets arrested and she becomes poor, due to which she starts working with the main hero of the story who had started his food business in front of her hotel.

So how do both of them establish their empire together the angle of gangsters etc. in this, to know all this, watch this Kdrama.

Now coming to my review, if you are looking for a good time pass type Kdrama then definitely this Kdrama can satisfy your hunger.

No doubt this show is good but you will have to give a lot of time or patience to watch it and if you do this when you get invested in its world then after that whatever things you get to see in it, whether it is about food or relationships or friendship or gangster angle or other stuff, you will enjoy watching them.

The romantic angle is not that great, which means you won't feel fresh much, but still, the way the chemistry of the actors and actresses has been presented is fun to watch.

In terms of weak points, the comedy of this Kdrama is not dubbed in Hindi well.

The second weak point is that it was a simple concept that was stretched to 19 episodes, so this show might feel a bit lengthy or boring.

Nothing too fresh, you can easily predict the beats, especially if you have watched many rom-com shows or those dramas that focus more on the chef or food, then you will get to see similar things.

Now in conclusion, if you want to watch a drama for a good time pass and you don't have anything good to watch, then definitely you can prefer this drama this week.
