Game of Thrones Power Rankings
Every major character ranked from weakest to strongest, based on on-screen power

Across the world of Westeros, power takes many forms. Some warriors dominate with legendary swordsmanship, others with overwhelming strength, and a few command creatures capable of leveling entire armies.
With multiple series now expanding the universe—including Game of Thrones, House of the Dragon, and the upcoming A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms—we’ve seen more deadly characters than ever before. Dragons scorch battlefields, giants tear through castle gates, and elite knights prove why their reputations echo across history.
For this ranking, I compared 51 characters based strictly on their on-screen power and combat ability. Dragon riders are ranked individually, separate from their dragons, meaning a character’s position reflects their own skill rather than the creature they ride.
From the unstoppable Night King to legendary warriors and dangerous opportunists, here are the 51 most powerful fighters in the world of Westeros.
51. Lucerys Velaryon

Lucerys was still very young and inexperienced as a fighter. While brave, he never had the chance to develop the combat skill many others on this list possessed.
