The Young and the Restless: Victoria may end up heartbroken and alone
Spoilers predicted an outcome for Vashland last summer and it still could possible come to pass.
Is Victoria's outcome written in stone?
During the summer of 2021 spoilers for The Young and the Restless predicted a dire final outcome for the relationship between Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) that has yet to come to pass. It was being reported that the CEO of Newman Enterprises would end up "heartbroken and alone." The question now is if this was a suggestion or if it is written in stone in the script and will indeed come to pass.
Spoiler alerts began predicting that Vicki would find out about Locke's sordid past and in disgrace would leave him at the altar. It was next suggested that Ashland would die leaving behind a pregnant widow. Richard Burgi who originated the role said during an interview with Soap Opera Opera Digest that he thought Victoria should have a parting gift from Ashland after his demise but it was later revealed that Locke was never dying of cancer.
What happens next in Genoa City
Once the entire truth was revealed about Locke Y&R fans thought that this would be it and Vicki would leave him and she did for a season. Slowly she accepted that she still loved Ashland and the two are now officially back together. Fans are now wondering if there is any way for Victoria to redeem herself as she walked away from Newman Media and cut off her entire family.
Vashland are supposed to be going to New York but spoilers say Vicki has a plan to take down her father. As the daughter of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Victoria should know better than anyone that her father takes no prisoners and always comes out on top. It is being reported that Vicki will become obsessed with getting even with her dad because he meddled in her business when she asked him to stop.
Fans are eagerly awaiting some confirmation of what happens next and whether Heinle will remain on The Young and the Restless or not. What she will not try to do is undermine Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) because she believes he will self-destruct and ruin things for himself. The show is putting Heinle's character into a corner from which many viewers say she might not emerge. Anything can happen but there seem to be only a few ways this will play out. Lets take a look at some possible scenarios.
Vashland future may have already been determined
Newman and Heinle could have been written out of the ABC daytime drama and Victoria and Ashland will leave General City is what many viewers believe. Others are saying that the duo might stick around and be a thorn in Victor's side and that New York will not be their final destination.
If indeed initial spoilers were correct that a leaker said Vicki would end up alone and heartbroken this would mean that her fate has been predetermined. Until now Heinle was a fan favorite and some viewers were hoping her character would reunite with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and if Heinle remains this could happen sometime down the road.
Ashland could have another heart attack and die or be murdered. Perhaps he might walk away from Victoria or do something so evil that she will finally have to write him off for good. There has been no news related to Heinle leaving the series where she has been a part of the cast since 2005 so this is a wait-and-see situation. Will Vashland ride off into the sunset or will Victoria end up alone with a broken heart? But another reason is because I enjoyed the show The Crown and so, it only makes sense to read a book that goes through separating facts from fictions - and to be fair, there aren't a lot of fictions about the show it seems. From the birth of the little princess and the way in which her father was reluctantly to become the king, all the way to meeting and marrying the veteran prince, Duke of Edinburgh and even down to the death of her father, queendom and beyond, this book actually gives us a lot about a woman who basically embodied the greatness and modernisation of the British 20th Century.
