BoJack Horseman
The second season begins with a young BoJack watching Secretariat's interview while his parents scream at each other. The first day of filming doesn’t go as planned and really the amount of layers to this is amazing, there is the fact that he was a comedy sitcom star and maybe that mean he really isn’t a good actor, then there's the fact that he’s trying so hard to be a changed man and therefore he can’t go to the place he needs to go emotionally in order to play this part.

Is "One Piece" Super Deep Or Is It Taken Out Of Context?
The other day, I came across a clip on my Instagram feed about a group of guys talking about how One Piece is a super political leftist anime. Naturally, I got curious as hell and tracked down the source to get the full context and while I can see how their interpretation of One Piece has a lot of political themes, the thing that interested me the most was how one of them said that it was the author’s intention of making it this political. So, in this article, let’s explore whether or not if One Piece is intentional super deep and political or if people are taking it way out of context.

WGA Strike
Most of us spend our time relaxing watching TV or movies. I mean I’ve built my whole internet presence off of reviewing, critiquing and analyzing media. Our current society thrives off of Hollywood. Comic cons, show specific fan conventions, tv shows, and movies very few people in this country go a day without relying on Hollywood for relaxation and entertainment. But how does that entertainment come to us? Does it magically appear on our screens? Do producers and studio execs come up with these stories that we love? No writers do. Writers are the backbone of Hollywood and we owe them our praise, and Hollywood owes them proper compensation.

BoJack Horseman
While we are talking about character or plot driven stories we have to talk about another show that helped me make breakthroughs in therapy, BoJack Horseman. When we talk about shows that deal with mental health this absolutely has to be on the list. A comedy that confronts every personal struggle you’ve ever had in a way that is fun but gut wrenching. BoJack Horseman is one of the rawest, most powerful pieces of media that exists and I saw this with no hyperbole. It changed my life.
