Best Series Finales
We have talked about series with the most disappointing endings, and to be honest most series go off the rails long before they crash and burn in the finale. But I don’t think we’ve ever talked about series with great finales. Probably because they are few and far between, that said that is exactly what we are doing today. What series not only ended well but had great series finales? What finales are still memorable? And what finales did their characters and series justice?

Ranking Game of Thrones Characters
Everyone has their favorite Game of Thrones character. Some fans even know their house so let’s go ahead and talk about the best and worst of the core Game of Thrones cast. This ranking list will be taking from all 7 seasons (as we know the show was devastatingly canceled after 7 successful seasons) and will only focus on the main houses; Stark, Targaryen, Lannister and Tyrell. The more supporting characters will be the makeup of a different list. Yes that means Baratheon will not be on this list, he was largely inconsequential and only existed for a single season. Honestly the ensemble cast was really big with a lot of characters being important only over 1 or 2 seasons so those characters are going to be their own separate thing. This list is for the families that were present for nearly the entire show. These are, of course, opinions but I am in fact correct so feel free to argue with a wall. I will be giving detailed explanations but just a friendly reminder that this is not just who I like the best, but who is in fact the best written as a character. This list is in the context of the show as that is the only completed version of the story so that is what we will be going by.

Ranking the Scoobies
Buffy the Vampire Slayer is one of the best television shows of all time. Due partially to the writing and relatability and a lot to the truly incredible ensemble cast that carried the show for 7 seasons. We will be ranking the Scooby gang, I will be excluding Buffy for the purposes of this list because of course she wins. We will also be using every makeup of the Scoobies throughout the course of the show so Oz, Tara, Anya, and Cordelia will get some attention.

The musical adaptation has broken records, received accolades, and huge cultural popularity impact. Before it was a billion-dollar successful Broadway musical, it was based on a novel written by Gregory Maguire telling the story of the Wicked Witch of the West. With Wicked Part One starring Cynthia Ervio and Ariana Grande premiering in November (six months away). Let's look back on how this "wickedly" story became a Broadway fanatic hit.

Stuck in Time: How the Characters of ‘That 70s Show’ Fail to Grow (Up)
That 70s Show has been a form of escapism for me in my late teenage years. It was almost soothing to watch a group of teenagers stuck in a small town just act their age and enjoy each other’s company. However, as I rewatch the show now in my late 20s, even though I still laugh my ass off most times, occasionally I get this unsettling feeling inside that I couldn’t quite name until recently.

Villainess Review: Ms. Valenti (Are You Afraid of the Dark?)
Who remembers Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Nickelodeon's hit horror anthology series? Horror/suspense anthology series have been a thing since the late 1950/early 1960s, and it got turned up in the 1980s and the 1990s with shows like Tales from the Darkside, Monsters, and Tales from the Crypt. It was in the 1990s that we received the kid-friendly versions, and that's where Are You Afraid of the Dark? came in.
