Our favorite billionaire playboy by day and caped crusading vigilante by night will always have a special place in our pop culture history for now and for years to come. It is a story of vengeance and moral ambiguity that most are protective of and willing to pounce at those who intend to change its origins. This is probably the root cause of all the issues that the new Ben Affleck solo Batman movie is having. It is a profoundly effective superhero genre with a cultural phenomenon following behind a multitude of interpretations and ideas that it becomes somewhat difficult to settle on just one.

Cops vs Superheroes. Top Story - December 2017.
Earlier this year, a close friend of mine was killed at the hands of police. I won’t go into too much detail about it (because this article has enough triggers), but long story short, it wasn’t met with the worldwide media attention as a bunch of other fatalities handed by police towards black men and women. That’s not to say that I think they all need to flood your Facebook timelines every time a black person dies at the hands of police (oftentimes unarmed) because if so, we’ll wouldn’t be able to escape it.

'Wonder Woman' Campaigns for the Oscars, and She May Have a Chance at Winning!
Everyone can agree that Wonder Woman broke ground this year in cinema. The superhero film dominated the box office and shattered sexist stereotypes with its female-driven hero and director. So, it's no wonder that Warner Bros Studios is campaigning for Wonder Woman to be nominated for some Academy awards. Variety reported that the movie has entered in the Oscar ring for several categories, including Best Picture and Best Director for Patty Jenkins. Comic book movies are usually (and unfairly) over looked at the Oscars, but Wonder Woman may have a chance this time.

Cinematic "Vs" Comic-Book Universes
This opinion may get me in a bit of trouble, but I thoroughly believe that these details between the DC and Marvel comic-book universes and their cinematic counterparts, from the minute to the more distinct, aren't of the utmost importance when it comes to relaying a story based on the universes stated above. Now, why would somebody ever think that a "misrepresentation" of characters would be considered okay in any way?

What If the Justice League Was Still in the Style of 60's Batman? (Fancast)
Once upon a time in a magical land called the 60's, the Caped Crusader himself was on the small screen every week for families everywhere to gather around and watch. This Batman was campy, goofy, family friendly, and people loved him that way. Before Tim Burton took the helm of a much darker and mature Batman, everyone considered him a campy idol for children everywhere to aspire to. So, what if Tim Burton had never made Batman darker? What if he, and the rest of the DC universe, were still the same campy characters? Well, it's easy to believe that this would eventually turn the DC universe into a modern comedy, with campy fight scenes and a modern comedic flair. So, there would be comedic actors making up The Justice League (the most iconic superheroes/team in the DC universe), so which comedic actors could make up The Justice League as we know it? I think I have a few ideas.

Marvel Just Got Back the Rights to a Live-Action Taskmaster, and These 10 Actors Could Play Him
Taskmaster, one of the lesser known villains in the Marvel universe, has had the live-action rights returned to Marvel. One can only wonder what they're going to do with this character, but I know I want to see only the best play him. This character is a master of every form of fighting style and every weapon you could imagine, and you need only the best in the action biz to play a character like that. I'm going to suggest five actors who could play him in a movie and then five actors who could play him on TV or Netflix, considering we don't know where he'll pop up. I hope you enjoy!
