Waves
I can’t think of a more important movie for young people in the last decade. Drama still, elevated story telling making the film never boring, never static, it’s a impulsive, electric, stunning and shocking quest of major events in attack on you until the end. A visual objective experience, key word it’s a experience. Rarely do you get a movie with a handful of perfect scenes as well in this film is one of them. Along with generational disconnects with black family’s, and most importantly the values in this film. By getting in touch with the right communication and emotions for us as a whole but mainly with black men. Deflecting the narrative of how men should always just shut up in eat it. A movie that must be seen and needs to be discussed on extreme pushing of your loved ones in what you may think me be the right way for your children, brothers, or any family members. Also covering co-dependent relationships and toxic relationships across the board in possibly the best modern way you’ll see with today’s youth on a film format. A dazed and confused inspired but one hundred percent original joyful fun filled in thriller of a ride.

Birds of Prey
I want to start this by saying that I was entirely prepared to be disappointed in this movie, I was ready to tear it to shreds. That said I am happily surprised that Birds of Prey was actually phenomenal. It was witty, bold, and brilliantly executed. It was an amazing stand alone movie, yet also set up two different sequels. I really have nothing but positive things to say about this movie so let's get started.

1984 : A Love Story
Winston Smith is in love. Who new 1984 could uplift in this manner and was filled with such joyous schlock? Well, it's not, but John Hurt conveys the contentment to chilling perfection in Michael Radford’s 1984 adaptation of the Orwell masterpiece.

Sonic the Hedgehog
As a kid, I spent many a rainy-day playing Sonic on my big blue Sega Game Gear, but other than my childhood Sonic days I really didn't spend much time with the classic video game. So, I wouldn't consider myself a die-hard fan. With that being said, I think we all remember seeing the first trailer for the then-upcoming Sonic film and collectively cringed over the bizarre look of our beloved space hog. Luckily the CGI team heard our cries and retreated to the drawing board to revive Sonic's design. Well done and thank you!! I think without a doubt if they had stayed with their first design, the movie would've been unwatchable. Check out the comparison below.

Come and Find Me Delivers Suspense but Not Enough Purpose
Saban Films, Poster : Come and Find Me begins rather cryptically in the crosswalk. Our very own Aaron Paul appears to be blatantly following Annabelle Wallis back to her apartment, and #MeToo aside, right into her living room. As it turns out, David and Claire are only playing along and the joke is on us as they reveal their idyllic relationship to each other. However, the metaphor the duo is after is clearly apparent. Paul has no idea who he has taken up with in the 2016 suspense thriller by Zack Whedon, who previously had behind the camera stints with Deadwood, Rubicon and Southland.

An eye for An eye... Film review
Start movie was a very slow start, I mean with this plot you would expect some action however you will be seriously disappointed as it is seriously just people crying and being D-bags to eachother for the first 28 minutes of the film. And it takes FOREVER to build up the plot, however I will day having Kroger southern play the villian is always a smart move as he easily brings charm to any role he plays, so atleast this film has that going for it but not much else at it takes 30 minutes to even semi kick-off the plot

You’re Still The One
Trilogies are not common within the genre of romantic comedies. The formula of “boy and girl meet, they fall in love, they break up, they get back together” can only be stretched so far within a span of a two hour long story, it’s even harder to expand on that formula for another four hours worth of story. Sure, there have been attempts, such as “Before Sunrise”, “Before Sunset”, and “Before Midnight” (although they aren’t comedies), and other attempts focus on the three phases of the relationship: the budding romance, their wedding day, and the birth of the first child (see the “Meet The Parents” trilogy, or better yet, don’t). So I was hoping that when Netflix planned to make a sequel to their hit movie “To All The Boys I Loved Before”, I feared it would walk into all the tropes and cliches of rom-coms before it. Thankfully, they didn’t go far into cringe territory. But how does the film fair as a whole? Let’s find out.
