Breaking Down My WWE Cosplays
As a cosplayer, I'm always looking for new cosplays to do if they catch my attention. Almost a decade ago, I was preparing to attend my first convention as a cosplayer. That's when an idea popped inside my head: What if I went as a WWE superstar? I did exactly that and in this story, I'll be going over the three WWE cosplays I've done in about the last 10 years. I've been a huge fan of old school wrestling since the late 90s, even though my now estranged parents and aunts, who are African, hated it when me, my youngest brother, and cousins watched it. However, we didn't care and loved every minute of it. I grew up watching The Rock, Kane, D-Generation X, and many others. Bet you didn't know that hidden gem about me, now did you? Anyway, without further ado, let's get ready to rumble!

Romantic Comedies
Rom Coms were once a wildly popular genre and though they are fewer and farther between now they still are easy, comfortable watches for many. Rom Coms, or romantic comedies are at their core love stories. Essentially in order for the movie to be considered a romantic comedy it needs to be more funny than emotional and the entirety of it needs to hinge on the love story, meaning that if we take the love story aspect out of it the movie collapses.

The Origin of Sirens
So something that bothers me to no end is when people either casually or in the media depict Sirens as mermaids. Now I know that this is a weird hill to die on but as someone who studied Greek Mythology for years for a screenplay it is something that I am very passionate about. This entire video stems from a conversation and debate I had with my father a couple of years ago about the origins of Sirens because he, like many people of his generation, thinks he knows more than me by the simple nature of me being his child. But I don’t engage unless I’m right so here we are with the history of Sirens.
