The Scourge of the Demon Hunters—Act 20
Louisa waited until the house was quiet before leaving her room and headed quietly up the stairs to the top of the house. As she moved, she relied on her connection with Sebastian to pinpoint his presence in the mass of rooms and servant’s quarters. Reaching his door, she knocked quietly.

The Scourge of the Demon Hunters—Act 19
The time passed slowly for Louisa that evening. The more she focused on Sebastian’s plans for her, the more the anticipation and frustration grew. By the end of dinner, her underclothes were uncomfortably damp, and her mind was awash with so many thoughts that keeping track of the conversation was almost impossible. The whole process was made even more difficult by the devilish grin that Sebastian shot at her whenever no one was looking. It came as a great relief when Elizabeth began to tire.

Little Remus
I don't consider myself a magnet for the kind of strangers that one wouldn't consider "normal.' My husband has a personality doppleganger in England, and just because that English oddball draws in his fellow oddballs every now and then, such as the guy who randomly woofed in his ear or the guy who bit a chunk out of his girlfriend's neck, presumably as a silent compliment, doesn't mean oddballs come to our neck of the woods to wait until he arrives to show their true colors.

Mermen and Blackmail
Virgil looked out the window and saw it was an ideal time for himself and his boyfriend: it was late enough in the day for them to be out and about without being devoured by a crowd, but it was still early enough in the day for the sun to shine. Virgil and Logan walked out of their shared apartment and headed for the lake and felt satisfied when they didn't see anyone else around them. They removed their clothes until they were both only in their boxers. After a game of "rock, paper, scissors," Virgil did a cannonball in the lake and watched as Logan dove into the lake. As if on cue, Logan's legs turned into a fish tail and Virgil smiled.

Supposed to Be
Word spread amongst the kingdom of Idrivesty rather quickly that Prince Roman Guapo was engaged to be married to a baker from the other side of the kingdom named Patton Truffle. Of course, Patton's family was amongst the people who found out about this, and had mixed feelings as a result.

The Scourge of the Demon Hunters—Act 18
Early afternoon on the same day, Louisa sat in the parlour trying hard to focus on the book in front of her. Her mind refused to cooperate, with her thoughts drifting from the joy of knowing that her father still existed to Sebastian’s promise. Contemplating what he had in store for her made her catch her breath, and want to go and find him now.

I Didn't Want You Hurt
Waves crashed against the rocks, and left a brief coating for the sand to absorb. They still coated the sand as the mostly-unconscious Prince was pressed against it. It took a while, but he sat up and grabbed his head before finally opening his eyes. He looked around the area for some time without any sound coming out of his mouth. He knew he was on the shore, but he didn't exactly know how he made it there. The last thing he remembered was that he was swimming around exploring the coral reefs in the Imagination, and some eels thought it would be a good idea to attack him the one time he decided against bringing his sword. The attacks caught him off guard enough for him to not focus on breathing anymore and everything went dark for him.

Pondering with the Reaper
By the time Patton opened his eyes, he found himself on the couch of his empty living room. He sat up and looked around, initially thinking that he woke up from a dream. He doubted, he snuck out of the house to clear his head, neglecting his cat, Sweater, tripped down a hill and fell, until he found himself cold and bleeding from his head, while lying on top of a pile of freshly-fallen orange leaves; he thought it was all a dream. He walked over to the living room window to get a better idea of the time of night. However, when he looked out the window, he noticed that tons of stars and other lights surrounded the building, but the ground was absent. He didn't know what was going on, so he didn't know how exactly to react.

The Scourge of the Demon Hunters—Act 17
When Louisa arrived at breakfast the following morning, Ciel looked troubled. She worried that he had heard them the night before; she wasn’t ready for another round of disapproval from him. She had taken great care to choose a dress that hid the remaining marks on her wrists and neck. She had also chosen one that she could wear without a corset, a point that was not lost on Sebastian judging by the way he raised his eyebrow when he saw her. The look in his eyes told her she was in trouble, and that round of disapproval she was looking forward to. However, first, she needed to discover what was troubling her cousin.

The Scourge of the Demon Hunters—Act 16
Sebastian rested next to Louisa; while he didn’t need sleep, he enjoyed her closeness and the calm he felt when he was next to her. His eyes moved from watching the rise and fall of her chest to the ugly mark that adorned the back of her neck. He wanted so much to be able to remove it, to set her free from the last physical reminder of her time at the Order. Her scars from years of beatings were fading as her strength returned and her demon self grew stronger. Even the scars from her escape were less visible now. But even with the seal broken, the tattoo remained.
