The Flashes Messed Up... Again
The third installment of the Flash War gave us some pretty big insight into Barry Allen and Wally West's current relationship, how it's changed from their relationship in the past, and some really surprising information about the Speed Force. If you are a new comic reader and are unfamiliar with some of the information I cover in this post, I will explain all of this information in-depth later on in other posts.

Batman's Army Fights an Army of Batmen
I am very behind when it comes to DC's Detective Comics Rebirth, in fact, I read the first story arc just this weekend. I have a lot to say about the story, almost all of it is good. Actually, my one complaint isn't really much of a complaint either. So let's get started on breaking this comic down. Also, there will be spoilers for Detective Comics Volume 1.

Do You Ever Get So Angry You Just Launch Yourself Into Space?
With the launch of All-New, All Different Marvel, comic readers were getting newer characters take up the mantle of old classic comic book heroes. For example, we had Sam Wilson, Falcon, who became America. Laura Kinney, Wolverine's partial clone, took up the mantle of Wolverine. Even more recently that has made many people angry is the creation of Riri Williams to take up the role of Iron Man, dubbed Iron heart. Another huge example is Amadeus Cho becoming the Hulk, who is the subject of today's post.

The Summer of Love
If you read comics then you know that there are a couple weddings coming up in both DC Comics and Marvel Comics. So what I'm going to do is talk about why they are happening, why they are important, and what will be the likely aftermath of these weddings. We'll be starting this post with DC Comics because they did it first.

We Know Nothing About Venom
The first issue of Venom is shown to be a chance for Marvel to build on not just the Venom Symbiote's relationship with its host but for the symbiote itself. This post will contain spoilers for Venom (2018) Issue #1. If you have not read the issue, you should, but there is also more information in this post for more background on the Venom character.

Webcomics and Representation
Who does not want to be a hero? After hearing and seeing heroes go on epic adventures, save the day, and find true love in all kinds of stories, everyone would love to feel like the hero of a story. However, often times the hero gets played by one kind of person: the straight white manly guy who cannot spit out his feelings to the girl he likes. Just take a peek at movies and books on the whole and this kind of hero takes the lead more often than any woman, a person of color, or member of the LGBTIAQ+ community. However, there is one type of media that all kinds of heroes, a character for practically anyone who never saw themselves on the screen. Introducing the wide, wonderful world of webcomics.

Something Is Wrong With the Venom Symbiote
We're going to be jumping into Marvel's new Venom solo title. The two issues that have been released are fairly good, and they take Venom in a new direction. So what we are going to be focusing on today is a very brief history of Eddie Brock and the Venom Symbiote, and what has happened in the first two issues of this title so far. So a spoiler warning right here if you want to read it.

10 Strangest Offshoots of Humanity in the Marvel Universe
Marvel Comic’s universe is full of strange and even uncanny people, places, powers and cosmic beings. Over seventy years of history and innovation have made the world that started in the late 1930s a complicated place. Humanity, as the comics’ prime focus, is perhaps one of the stranger elements, ironically. According to the Marvel database, humans could evolve into super-powered gods and for that reason, alone aliens are wary of Planet Earth. Despite the idea that this will occur in the far future, there are already a large number of divergent superhuman groups that have evolved away from Homo Sapiens to become something else. I’d like to take you on a whistle-stop tour of these many and varied evolutionary offshoots and some of their inspirations. Join me now as I take you on a journey through Ten Strange Offshoots of Humanity in the Marvel Universe!

Bruce Banner Returns!
For those of you who don't know, the Hulk is one of my favorite characters, which is why I chose to write this as my next post. A couple of years ago, when the Captain America: Civil War movie was coming out, Marvel Comics wanted to capitalize on the movie, and launched a comic event called "Civil War II." That event was a bad story line, and I disliked it quite a bit. But the event did have some significant outcomes, but first let's go over what happened in "Civil War II."
