James Gunn's DCU
After what felt like forever DC fans finally got some information on where the DCU is headed under the guidance of James Gunn. And it is everything I could have hoped for, as soon as Gunn was hired I all of a sudden had hope for DC. We finally have someone in charge who not only reads comics but respects them, he is using the amazing source material at his disposal to bring fans some incredible projects. All that said I would like to throw it out there that all of this means nothing if he allows Ezra Miller to continue in this universe. A good writer and director aside, I think asking our artists to be mediocre human beings is not too much to ask. Simply don’t be awful…not difficult. But here we go with all the projects James Gunn announced for the DCU.

Why It Has To Be Bruce Wayne in The Brave & The Bold
Co-CEO of DC Studios James Gunn finally revealed his plan for the new DC Universe of films and television. One of the many announced projects is The Brave and The Bold, which features Batman and Damian Wayne as Robin! Gunn says, "This is based on Grant Morrison's great comic book run!" With the cover of Batman and Robin #1 from 2010, die-hard DC Comic and Batman fans could not help but make the assumption. Comic nerds know this as the run were Bruce Wayne is dead, Dick Grayson takes up the mantle of Batman, and Bruce's son, Damian, is now Robin. Mind you that Grant Morrison has other Batman runs, including - Batman & Son, Batman: R.I.P. and Batman Inc. However, mention Grant Morrison with Batman and Robin in the same breath will make fans think of this run instantly.

I saw a Marvel movie 100 times, in honour of Stan Lee, to help cope with my mother's death
Often when people talk about going to the movies, they often think of seeing a movie only once- maybe a few times at most, but even there it's a rare occurance. If someone sees a movie multiple times, it's usually because they a) have an unhealthy obsession, or b) want to break a world record, like a certain blogger who saw Avengers: Endgame 137 times. Needless to say, while I've yet to break a world record for movie-viewing (the current hold is 237 times for Avengers: Endgame, dwarfing the blogger in question!) That's an awful lot of times for a 3-hour movie), nevertheless, I've actually attempted seeing a Marvel movie 100 times. Seriously.
