James Dean Taught Me a Lot About Myself
When I was 20, I was given a homework assignment to do while I was in college. I had to watch Rebel Without A Cause with James Dean, I was kinda excited because I had it set to record in the middle of the night and was able to watch it as soon as I got home the next day.

They Make How Much?!
Most of us are on YouTube watching something that piques our interest every day or a few times a week. You can find any kind of video on the site, from health and beauty to cooking and traveling. While YouTube brings in billions of views every day for all sorts of topics, some of us wonder how much some of these people are making from YouTube.

Morality and Apology in the Public Eye
Following Robin William’s suicide in 2014, there was an outpouring of celebrity apologies due to their less than polite reactions and/or previous statements on depression and suicide (Norton). For example, Shepard Smith “apologized for having the nerve to question whether it made Williams a coward” (Norton). Yet, every day these less than profound apologies are released by celebrities at the demand of the public. Anything from licking a donut in a bakery to racial slurs are treated in the same way: a public apology is demanded. Therefore, I suggest that the issuance of public apologies by celebrities in the public eye, regarding a large range of offenses, is not morally praiseworthy. This claim is primarily supported through Derrida’s understanding of forgiveness and its possibilities. Furthermore, I suggest a placeholder for the “I’m sorry—“it’s okay,” format of communication we understand today in regard to accidents or minor offenses.

Jason Momoa, We Love You!
I was first introduced to Jason Momoa through my husband. Maybe that's not an entirely accurate statement, but hear me out. My husband used to watch Stargate: Atlantis regularly. As a result, I ended up at the very least being in the room when the show was on. I'd never really watched the TV series Stargate; I really wasn't a big fan of the original movie starring James Spader and Kurt Russell, so the thought of slogging through a series based off of the film was not one I entertained. However, my husband loves science fiction series, and so, I ultimately absorbed bits and pieces of Stargate: Atlantis through a form of osmosis.

U.K. Babes
When I was 12, I was in junior high talking to some friends about going to London as a vacation when we got older and we talked about going to see Big Ben, Parliament, go on the buses, check out the train stations, and even see their famous Ferris wheel but one thing that was never mentioned was how gorgeous the women were.

'Lethal Weapon' Star Clayne Crawford Speaks out After Months of Silence
It has been public knowledge for a few months now that Clayne Crawford was let go from the cast of Lethal Weapon. The only reason we have been given thus far is that Crawford had some behaviour issues that jeopardized the show. He has remained silent for months, but on August 29, 2018, the actor went to a podcast called Drinkin Bros to tell his side. What the media has not been telling us is shocking.

Josie Totah Announces She Is Transgender
We are on a journey of self-discovery throughout our lives. Nowhere does this seem to be truer than during the turbulent times known as adolescence. Kids go through a tremendous amount of growth, both physically and cognitively, and through it all, there's a tremendous pressure to be successful, know what you want to be when you grow up, and get into a great school so that when all is said and done, you can go off and be a great adult one day.

Back in Black: 10 Actors Who Could Play Penguin in 'The Batman'. Top Story - August 2018.
DC Comics fans have been waiting with baited breath for any kind of news to come out Matt Reeves' upcoming project The Batman, yet it looks like most of its production is going to be kept under wraps. It seems like we see a different news story each week about Ben Affleck not being in the movie, or Reeves casting for a younger Batman, but the truth is we just don't know what is happening behind the scenes. What we do seem to know for a fact is that The Dark Knight's infamous foe The Penguin is going to be the main antagonist of the movie, and with such a quirky character being the villain, you need the right kind of actor to play him. I believe I have a few likely candidates, and I hope you agree!

Reason First: Worst Examples of Spike Lee’s Double Dolly Shot Listed from Goofy to Awkward
On the occasion of his narrative film, BlacKkKlansman (2018), Spike Lee can celebrate a return to his more accessible types of films. As a terrific documentarian, though, Lee has crafted some moving, profound works of nonfiction, non-narrative films in the past. But when it comes to his feature films, he has a proclivity to use poor camera grammar. In particular, the double dolly shot which depicts a character or characters seemingly floating on air gives no indication of the mood, intentions, or other ideas involved in the scene. The worst part of this camera inclination is that it appears in so many of Lee’s works. It is difficult to engage into the movie when the seemingly hovering (usually protagonist) flashes onto the screen. And there seems to be no sign of Lee stopping this stunt. He continues to implement this technique (if you can call it that) into his oeuvre. With over 30 years of professional experience to his credit, Lee has garnered an honorary Academy Award amongst other accolades. But what are these boards and critics voting for in these instances? Do they not realize that the double dolly shot is annoying, clumsy, and jarring? Does Lee know that the shot is annoying, clumsy, and jarring? Maybe it is because he thinks that since no one else employs the shot as much that it is okay to be the director to stick out from the crowd. It’s too bad that he sticks out like a weed amongst a bed of roses. So get your double cutting instructions and prepare to break the fourth wall with, Why Are You Ranking: Worst Examples of Spike Lee’s Double Dolly Shot Listed from Goofy to Awkward.

Who Will Be the Next Bond?
1.109 billion dollars. And that was the box office for just one movie of four. The latest series of James Bond films starring Daniel Craig as 007 has been the most profitable ever made—grossing over 3 billion dollars. The 25th film of the Bond franchise will be out in the end of 2019 when Daniel Craig will be 51-years-old. The oldest actor to play the super spy had been Sean Connery in 1983 at 53 years of age. But even though it seems as if Craig is in such a great shape that he could make another two movies, unfortunately the 25th 007 movie that hits theaters on November 8 next year will be his last reprisal of the role. Of course, the franchise will continue with a new leading man to star as the MI6 agent. These are the top actors who could be the next Bond:
