Belfast Review
With recent films like Roma or Minari , one gets the feeling that there is a tendency among directors both veterans and newcomers to do a little introspective exercise to narrate a key moment in their lives but in a way that offers a piece of their soul, making it easy to connect with the public. And the truth is that in the face of awards such as the Oscars , voters should think the same, because these types of proposals usually work very well. And while the fate of today's movie awards is still a bit off the mark, he might as well join that group. This is Belfast.

The Batman Review
When this movie was announced some time ago, it created quite a stir in the geek community . Well, apparently it focused its action on something far from what we were seeing in the DC Extended Universe . And it is that we had just seen an already seasoned Batman and here we were shown a more inexperienced one with a more detective approach, something unpublished so far in his film adaptations. In any case, as a lover of the stories of the best detective in the world , my appointment with The Batman was unavoidable, and now that I've seen it I'll tell you my opinion about it.

Honeymoon Review
In 2021 , Netflix dared with a little experiment: to release a horror trilogy such as Fear Street for three weeks, generating a bit of conversation among fans of the genre. Leigh Janiak was in charge of the writing and especially directing work , and seeing the remarkable result with that trilogy, I wanted to investigate a bit to see if she had any previous work. My search turned out to be quite positive, and taking advantage of the voice of a director in terror, I couldn't sit idly by without giving her a little halo of light. I'm talking about Honeymoon.

The Worst Person In The World Review
Joachim Trier already had a remarkable career as one of the filmmakers on the European circuit, but personally, it wasn't until Thelma that his work caught my attention and I decided to closely follow his future projects. And his latest film: The Worst Person in the World after a long tour of festivals with the occasional award has managed to reach the Oscars in the categories of best international film and best screenplay , so my expectations when approaching it were almost excessive, but fortunately everything good that had been said about the tape was true.

Death on the Nile Review
Although many of Agatha Christie's works are nearly a century old, they remain highly respected and influential classics in the world of mystery literature. Some of her novels and her short stories may seem simple to modern readers, as her tricks and surprises have become common in the genre. Despite this, in 2017 we saw an adaptation of Murder on the Orient Express that left us surprised by its quality. Now we have its sequel: an adaptation of the equally famous novel Death on the Nile and in this review we are going to find out if it lives up to its predecessor.

X Review
The relationship between sex and violence is as old as time itself. Both drives are present within every human being and cinema has been a great medium when it comes to combining the symbiosis that exists between the two forces in a thousand different ways. Perhaps where this harmony is most visible is in horror films , a genre where this idea has gained special strength both to confirm it as Shakespeare stated that "Violent pleasures have violent endings" and to do something much more disruptive. Today's case is somewhat more particular in terms of its treatment of these drives. I'm talking about X (2022).

Petite Maman (Little Mom) Review
A girl helps an old woman to complete a crossword puzzle and then says goodbye to her, then the camera accompanies the girl to an adjoining room where the girl says goodbye to another old woman, the same thing happens once more until finally the little girl reaches a room where his mother is. Petite Maman places us in what is clearly a hospice for the elderly and without further explanation, we understand that the girl's grandmother, her mother's mother, has passed away. The following minutes are key to understanding the entire plot because they reflect a discreet complicity between mother and daughter, it is a complementarity that manifests itself with the little hands of the girl reaching some sandwiches into her mother's mouth while she drives.

Morbius Review
Most of us comics fans have no fucking idea what Sony intends to do with the Spider-Man universe without Spider-Man that they've been working on for a while. With greater and worse fortune they brought us Venom and its sequel From him. The ban was open, and it seems that it will continue like this for a while, and the next one to play was Morbius , another of the villains (with a bit of an antihero at times) of the wall- crawler . It was hard for me to go see her but I finally did and I'm talking about her here after a brief synopsis.

Fresh Review
Like every year, a short season arrives where the high temperatures are so unbearable that the brain is at a minimum and asks for things that do not require much effort, just having a fun time. And today's movie , despite the fact that it had been released for a while, I hadn't had the chance to watch it until now, at which point it seemed like the perfect option. I'm talking about Fresh.

The King's Man: The First Mission Review
It happens to be been an existing long time since we saw his last installment , with the exception of it seems that the kingsman saga continues to make more movies. Anyone would say that the formula after its sequel had been squeezed to the maximum, with the exception of it happens to be always possible to resort to the handy prequels. Focusing on top of that premise came the king's man: the first mission , an existing tape that i'm talking about today after an existing brief summary that belongs to the plot, that belongs to course.

The Tragic Life of Judy Garland
The Horrible Abuse of a Hollywood Superstar One of Hollywood's best-loved films, The Wizard of Oz has a dark history. And the darkness and the tragedy have everything to do with the leading lady of the movie Judy Garland who played the character of the memorable Dorothy Gale. Although the movie made her a Hollywood superstar, it also made her a helpless drug addict, battling an addiction to sleeping pills and amphetamines her whole life.
