Suzhal Season 1 recap

Finally, Season 2 of Suzhal has arrived. Now, for those who have not seen Season One, do not worry at all; I will explain Season One in short so that everything will become clear to you.

Suzhal is the story of a small village where every person knows each other, everyone is living happily, and the goddess is worshipped in the entire village.

Goddess Jagdamba is worshipped a lot, and everyone believes in the faith. But then a big scandal happens there: there is only one factory in the entire village, and workers are working in that factory, so most of the villagers earn their living through that factory; due to this, there is talk of reducing the salaries of the workers working there.

So the owner of the factory says that he will have to reduce the salaries of the workers because the factory is running at a loss, and then the workers take out a protest against it. Workers say that they cannot reduce their salaries because how will they feed themselves?

Because of this, Shanmugam, the union leader, says that if they reduce the wages of the workers, they will burn the factory to ashes.

Then, it is revealed that the same night, the entire factory catches fire. Now who was behind it was a twist.

After this, we are shown that on the same night when the factory catches fire, the daughter of union leader Shanmugam goes missing. When the police do some investigation to find out where she ran away, it is revealed that she did not run away, but someone kidnapped her on the way.

Now the police are investigating this case, but on the other hand, the direct blame for the burning of the factory is being put on Shanmugam that he was the one who had given the threat and he must have burnt the factory.

Although now it is not confirmed who actually burnt the factory, the police definitely see in the CCTV footage that Shanmugam's daughter has been kidnapped inside the Omni van.

So the police are investigating this case when they come to know that the person who has kidnapped Shanmugam's daughter is none other than the son of Circle Inspector Regina Thomas, and after knowing this, there is a lot of panic in the entire village. The entire village goes crazy and says that they will kill that boy.

But the circle inspector defends her son. She says no, my son cannot do this at all. Now she calls her son, talks to him and asks him to come home immediately.

Then another twist opens here.

When the police conduct more investigation, it is revealed that Shanmugam's daughter had not actually run away because she was in love with Circle Inspector Regni's son. They both had pre-planned that they would go away from here forever.

That's why there is peace in the village; they think that the children have fallen in love with each other, and they go away from here.

But the limit is reached when their dead bodies are found in the sea.

Then there is a twist that perhaps both of them might have committed suicide but when the postmortem takes place, it comes to light that both of them did not commit suicide but were murdered.

Here, on one side, there is a twist as to who murdered them, and on the other side, the case of that factory is going on.

Now the police are in a lot of confusion.

At the same time, another thing comes to our notice Neela, i.e. Shanmugam's daughter, is pregnant, so people think that she must have been pregnant with the same boy.

Again a twist comes when it is revealed that Nila was pregnant for a long time, which means she was not pregnant with the boy with whom the villagers were thinking.

Wrong acts were being done to Nila for a long time, and Nila was not able to even tell anyone that the same person had made her pregnant. Now, who was the actual person about whom Nila was not able to even tell anyone?

Even more investigation takes place, and it is revealed that Nila, along with her boyfriend, sets out to kill that person, due to which she gets killed.

Now more inquiry is made about who that person was and more twists and turns are revealed and then it is revealed that Nila's elder sister Nandini comes on the front put and when she hears the whole case, when she gets to know that someone had been doing wrong things with Nila for a very long time she gets shocked by it.

Due to this, she becomes unconscious, and then she starts remembering something even in her dreams, so when she is treated, it is revealed through the doctor that a lot of wrongdoings have happened with your elder daughter Nandini a long time ago.

Nandini did not tell these things to anyone, but Nandini forgot these things because she was going through a huge trauma, due to which Nandini remembers everything about who was doing all these wrong things to her.

Now, so many questions arise here: who was the one who killed them, who was doing wrong things with Nandini or Nila, who burnt the factory? All these things create a lot of confusion, but no matter what I am here for, I will clarify now.

Well, at last, we are shown that Nandini goes to shoot someone, the person whom she goes to shoot is the same person who had misbehaved with Nila in her childhood and had done the same with Nandini and he is none other than Nila or Nandini's uncle that is, the real brother of their father.

Yes, you heard it right; he was performing the wrong acts with these daughters for a long time.

The second twist reveals who killed Nila. That is her uncle Ji because when Nila and her boyfriend together went to kill this monster with the body of a human being, the tables turned upside down and he killed both of them.

And at last, who burnt that factory?

There was a big conspiracy to burn that factory. Shanmugam, the Circle Inspector and even the owner of the factory had a hand in burning that factory.

They burnt the factory because they knew that the factory was bankrupt, and hence, if the factory is closed, then the people there will die of hunger and the lives of the workers there will be ruined.

That's why they set fire to the factory so that they could get compensation and with the money they get, they could do good to the poor people, i.e. the workers. Hence, their intention was right in hatching this conspiracy, due to which these three were arrested.

We are shown a perfect ending where we are shown that Nandini shoots her uncle, and from here, the web series ends.

The easier I explain it to you, the more dangerous it is. I explained it because Season 2 of Suzhal has come, I am going to watch it now.

I am just about to start it, but for those who had doubts that if they have not seen Season 1, how will they watch Season 2, then I have introduced you to the characters.
