He repeated a similar comment to Deadline, saying, “This is about the wider DC Universe and other stories where this will continue. That doesn’t mean there won’t be a third season. I don’t want to say never — but right now, the focus is on the future of the DCU.”
In other words, Peacemaker’s story might not be over — it could just take a new shape within the expanding DC Universe.
