Have you guys ever heard of one cent thief? Please read until the end because there is something you should know. It is on Netflix if you want to watch is because I can promise you it is good. What’s so good about the series? But wait before I am telling you what’s so good about the movie just hear me out first. The one cent thief has become phenomenon in Malaysia. The Director name Ariff Zulkarnain has done a great job. The main cast of the story is Syafiq Kyle.

A little background how all of this happen. Start with our new protagonist. He is a worker at the Hock Hua Bank but highly skill in programming. But one day his father getting sick and he really needs money. His father consume delusion about money in a twisted way. Well desperate time require desperate measure. The one cent thief has made his move for the money.

Great hook for the first episode. From one episode to another is fascinating. Each episode is well made. To be honest I am so happy because all the important components well combined and made it into a series. The hacking part in the movie is quite realistic. Compared made in hollywood is quite chaotic but this one is intense.

In this series almost everything feel grounded based on real life. I think the IT department would probably like the series. The symbol and command work pretty well. For them the reason why use this kind of command. I am pretty sure they will feel appreciated. The production study about programming really well.

The series really focus on Iman Shah. The situation of course become worst when enter the dark world but hard to escape. The story is quite flat but at the same time give me a thriled about the story. The mystery in the series is on the right place and the right time. It can give an audience to guess and think about the particular event. But at the reveals you will feel satisfy.

Let's talk about the character performance. Most of them are not a let down. Sofea Jane is one the amazing villain series. The mystery of character will some how can haunt you for a long time. She didn't talk much but the impact of the story is remarkable. We need more this kind of villain.

Of course there will be some emotional scene. You will feel emotion from all of this character but not for me. I have a shallow emotion. But the truth about Iman Shah. For me he is not a great hacker. I know because that time the bank security is not that high like today.

The thing he can do in this movie is just steals the money. Anything other from that is not convincing. The hacking skills is much more to explore. Such as interfere with the government secret, data leaks to another country and many more. Maybe the production did not push that kind thing. However, many people expect that in season 2.

But anyway, Iman Shah has a good backstory. The violence in this movie is toned down but I hoped it will be more. It does not have a great soundtrack. Overall the series is good to every one who is watching. Read the description of the series if you want to watch it. For mature audience.
