Music, Maestro, Please: Danny Elfman Willing to Score Films for Just $1
Bringing to life the likes of Batman, Spider-Man, and Edward Scissorhands, #DannyElfman's haunting melodies have helped craft our cinematic childhoods over the past 40 years. Alongside the news that he will be taking over from superhero superstar #HansZimmer to provide the score for #ZackSnyder's #JusticeLeague, the whole film just got a push in the right direction. Fans of the #DCEU are worried that JL could be another flop in the wrong direction for the studio, and while music may seem like a trivial thing, it can certainly add a lot to a film.

There's No Place Like Clone: Tom Holland Reveals Which Spider-Man Arc He Wants In The MCU
Tom Holland may not have even cast his web across the Queens skyline for Spider-Man: Homecoming, but the 21-year-old is already looking to the future of the MCU franchise. With the hero himself dropping the spoiler that Disney is taking him on a standalone trilogy journey, we have plenty of time to flick through the pages of a #comicbook and select some suitable #SpiderMan stories.

Gunning for Greatness: Why the MCU Is One Big Headache for James Gunn's 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3'
It must be a pretty sweet deal being director #JamesGunn, saddling up to the cinematic greats and being known as one of the men who helped build the #MCU. With two hugely successful Guardians of the Galaxy films under his belt, a third on the way, and the difficult job of rocking out to classic songs all day as you read comic books, it certainly beats being Joel Schumacher. However, as Gunn delves deep into the history of Marvel and unearths old Guardians story arcs, he has discovered that there is one major drawback to crafting your own universe.

War of the (Comic Book) Worlds: Kevin Feige Downplays the Big DC vs. Marvel War
Ding ding, Round 1. Just Like Superman vs. Lex Luthor or Captain America vs. Red Skull, some people are just born to be enemies, but are movie studios supposed to be the same? While on the page, both #Marvel and #DC are pretty similar — featuring almost carbon copies of some characters — the move into theaters has taken them on a whole new path to rivalry. Forget an Infinity War or Batman v Superman, this is the #MCU vs. the #DCEU — or is it?

To Infinity And The Blonde: Kevin Feige Reveals 'Thor: Ragnarok' Means Big News For 'Infinity War'
Pull out your gem-covered glove and slap on some purple face paint, because the Mad Titan Thanos is finally getting his time to shine in the MCU. Sure, we may be less than a year away from the Russo brothers launching us into space with Avengers: Infinity War, but apart from knowing anyone and everyone will star in the ensemble, there are only some Ant-Man-sized details to go off so far.

The Joker's on You: John Lithgow Regrets Not Playing the Joker (Twice) in Batman
There are a few surefire ways to get yourself noticed in Hollywood: No.1, embarrassingly brawl with the paparazzi, and No. 2, get yourself cast in a #Batman movie. Apart from the shootings, bombings, and general rampages perpetrated by mad supervillains, why anyone would turn down the chance to take to the mean streets of Gotham is beyond me. However, it now turns that the legend that is #JohnLithgow missed out — twice!

Nip It in the Bud: Joel Schumacher Explains Those Bat Nipples from 'Batman & Robin'
Na na na na na na na na no thanks! That is probably what most people have to say about the state of #Batman in 1997, a.k.a. the year that #superhero films died. There is no denying that #JoelSchumacher's second entry in the Batman franchise displayed some questionable taste; so, between Uma's Madonna cones glued to her head, to our "frosty" reception toward Arnie's performance, Batman & Robin should've never really left the nest.

'Sand' And Deliver: 'Game Of Thrones' Actress Almost Vanished From Season 7
While the fantasy epic that is Game of Thrones may get caught up in superb plots of frozen zombies, humungous dragons, and incest queens, let's take a moment to remember those arcs that don't fly quite so well. From Ayra's trip to Braavos, anything that involves Sam and Gilly, or that Dornish yawnfest from Season 5, HBO can sure drop some clangers when they want.

Alongside some incestuous bonking and #KitHarington grumpily musing into the distance, having a steady stream of blood is what keeps Thrones flowing.

Bulking Not Sulking: Josh Brolin Shows Off His Insane New Cable Physique
We all know that the older you get, the harder it is to keep in shape. Those two-day hangovers and that middle-aged spread when you might add a tire (or two) to the midriff are hard to avoid — well, not if you are #JoshBrolin. In addition to playing the Mad Titan #Thanos over in the #MCU, he is practicing his best potty mouth to suit up as Nathan Summers, a.k.a. #Cable, in #Deadpool2.

Hellboy Hath No Fury: 'Hellboy' Reboot Is 'Taking The Cuffs Off' For Bloody R-Rating
There is something about a horned demon taking on foes like vampires, Nazis, and even Rasputin himself that just screams R-rating. While #GuillermodelToro brought us his own fantastical take on #MikeMignola's #Hellboy series back in 2004, there is no denying that it was more of a family affair than its red-soaked origins on the page. Although Del Toro returned for the 2008 sequel, we sadly never got a third film, an R-rating, or #RonPerlman playing Big Red in live-action ever again.
