Fox's Legion Will Coexist with the X-Men Films! What This Means for Fox's Universe...
Appearing at the Edinburgh Television Festival, Bryan Singer and Peter Rice dropped a bombshell. As we already knew, Marvel Entertainment and Fox Television are working together on two TV shows - Legion (inspired by Professor X's son in the comics) and an unnamed series featuring a sort of 'mutant underground'. What we didn't know, though, was that these shows will be based in the same universe as Fox's X-Men films!

In 1982, legendary X-Men writer Chris Claremont and superb artist Bob McLeod created an X-Men spin-off called New Mutants. The New Mutants were the next generation of the X-Men, a group of young students at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. They're adored by fans, with a rich and diverse history behind them. It's no wonder, then, that Josh Boone is now working on a New Mutants movie!

'Twin Peaks' 2017: The Evolving Enigma of Judy
As a show created from the essence of mystery, Twin Peaks has always driven its narrative with questions. From its original legendary promotional tag-line of "Who killed Laura Palmer?" to Season 2's dread & despair-filled final words "How's Annie?" and The Return's brain-melting closing line "What year is it?", Twin Peaks knows how to keep its viewers thinking and guessing. The Return in particular seemed to flourish on taking this concept to its logical extreme, its narrative posing an absurd amount of questions, almost to the point of self-parody, and leaving a huge number unanswered in the process. The fervent speculating, intuiting and theorising done by fans may well be Frost & Lynch's garmonbozia.
