'Crazy, Stupid, Love'—Review
In every relationship I have ever had, there has always been that "one talk." No, it wasn't about marriage, kids, moving in together, or even to try some frisky new thing in the bedroom, it has always been the "You haven't seen that?! We need to watch it together." Whether that be Legally Blonde or The Notebook, a movie has come up in conversation that my girlfriend at the time was in love with that I had just never seen. Most recently, that film was Crazy, Stupid, Love. So naturally, I wait until after we break up to watch it.

'Venom' Review (And Why Do We Knowingly Go to Bad Movies?)
I knew Venom was going to bad, it wasn't Fantastic Four (the Josh Trank abomination) terrible but with the talent involved behind and onscreen it's a huge disappointment. Yet still I went to the cinema and watched a paint-by-the-numbers superhero film that didn't know what type of film it wanted to be or who its audience was.

The Fall of the DC Extended Universe
I was waking up a bit late last week when I practiced my usual routine for the morning consisting of brushing my teeth, showering and all the cliche hygienic details. I had checked Twitter on my phone, as I usually do, when I happened to see that Henry Cavill was the top trending topic that hour. For those of you not in the know these days, Cavill is currently the actor playing the iconic Man of Steel in the most recent DC films you’ve seen. I couldn’t of possibly guessed what Cavill was trending for exactly at the time, but I definitely knew it was for something Superman-related.

10 Things You Didn't Know About Stan Lee
Unless you've been living under a rock for more than half a century, you know that Stan Lee is one of the most important and influential figures in the world of comic books. Lee's name is forever tied to Marvel Comics and the many characters that he created and worked on there. In fact, there is probably no better known name so closely associated with comic books. The titles associated with Lee are endless: The Incredible Hulk, The Amazing Spider-Man, Iron Man, and many more. If you know nothing about comic books or the pioneers who created them, you probably still know his name and the reason why he is famous. Without Lee, we would have been deprived, not only of his comics, but of the many Marvel Comic films of the 21st Century. Lee's creative vision has come to largely shape the idea and mystique of super heroes as a pop culture phenomenon. While these facts are largely and widely known, there are, perhaps, some things you didn't know about Stan Lee, comic book pioneer.

Superheroes Who Don't Have Movies But Deserve Them
It might seem like every superhero under the sun has his or her own movie or series now, with Marvel and DC in an ever-escalating race to crank out thrilling Hollywood adaptations of our favorite comic book heroes. I'm sure we're all thankful for all of the Avengers, the Justice League characters, the Defenders and each of their individual stories. (Okay, most of them at least. It's not like there haven't been flops.)

The Story That Merges Cultures
A couple years ago, I would’ve told you I was a closeted anime fanatic afraid to express his ideas to the outside world. Afraid of being called out for being “out of the norm,” and trying something different. It was childish, and I was a kid cut me a break.
