Her erratic behavior, always being the victim and going after other Port Charles resident is annoying many fans.

Lulu is consistantly reckless

Ever since emerging from her coma, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Broening) has made a series of erratic and juvenile decisions on General Hospital. After having an organ transplant, she recklessly bolted from the hospital and hitched a ride back to Port Charles.

She ran around town and nothing was said about her needing medication or follow up care. Lulu then impulsively traveled around the world to confront Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), exhibiting extreme behavior in her quest to reclaim Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).

This character has consistently ignored the wise counsel of those around her in Port Charles, leaving fans wondering if she is dealihng with PTSD or some other issue becauses of her trauma. She has become relentless in her attacks on Brook Lynn Chase (Amanda Setton), shamelessly badmouthing her to anyone who would listen and dismissed the advice from many PC residents telling her to move on from the past.

Her anger was fueled when she realized that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zampragna), and others had formed close bonds with her enemy during her years of being in a coma.

Does Lulu need intensive therapy?

Since returning home, Lulu constantly portrays herself as a victim, complaining about how wronged she feels. Her impulsive actions have led to Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Maza) discovering his true parentage as Dante and Brook Lynn's son.

Despite Brook Lynn and her mother, Laura Collins (Genie Francis), cautioning her that this was not her secret to share, Lulu disregarded the advice and blurted it out to Lois Cerulo (Rena Sofer). Perhps it's time she seeks professional help because if left unchecked she will head down a dark path.

Lulu is now set on confronting Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and expects Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to assist her in removing Liesl from Port Charles. Prior to her coma, Lulu was not fixated on Rocco Falconeri's (Finn Carr) birth circumstances, yet now she is focusing h4r fury towards Obrecht and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) instead of Brook Lynn.

It’s clear to GH viewers that Lulu could have greatly benefited from outpatient therapy after her four-year coma. Her impulsive, high-strung, and overly emotional state is evident as she adamantly refuses to accept that Brook Lynn has changed. She is equally dismissive of those who attempt to explain that Liesl and Britt have also evolved. If she does not rein in her behavior, she will struggle to cope with the inevitable news that Britt is alive.

Lulu is no longer a likable character

General Hospital fans are frustrated with Lulu’s willful childlike demeanor, as she demands that everyone see things solely from her perspective. Viewers are growing weary of her antics and many hope that when Britt returns, Lulu's troubled state will be on full display.

Luke and Laura's daughter was not like this before her brain injury. While it’s understandable that she is distressed about losing four years of her children’s lives, making everyone an enemy is an unhealthy way to navigate her feelings. It needs to stop.

Lulu has become a mere shadow of her former self, and it’s time for the writers to address the drastic changes in her character. Fans wonder if we will ever see a more coherent and grounded portrayal of Lulu Spencer.

It once appeaared that she and Dante might reunite but the situation now is so fratured. Lulu is alienating everyone and might be pushing her son away. She holds onto the version of everyone she remembered from four years ago and leaves no room to accept that changes have taken place.
