In less than ten days, the movie Godzilla vs. Kong will be appearing in movie theaters. There's only going to be one winner in this fight-either Kong or Godzilla. The only thing we as movie watchers need to figure out theoretically speaking is which one is actually going to be the victor here.

Well, I have my perspective on it so in this article, I'm going to share with you four reasons why I feel Kong is going to defeat our King of the Monsters:

1. Kong is better at avoiding attacks than Godzilla.

Kong can move around better than Godzilla because he is smaller and faster thus it will make it easier for him to avoid attacks as much as possible. He just has to make sure that he doesn't slow down because one wrong move could make Godzilla the winner. This is one weakness that Godzilla has because he's so big that it's harder for him to move around if he's being attacked by his opponent. He may be stronger and tougher but swifter he is not. This is a great advantage for Kong.

2. Kong has brains.

Okay, so maybe Kong didn't graduate from college but he sure uses his think-tank. When he's in trouble, he turns things into weapons. If you haven't seen the movie Kong: Skull Island yet, you should so you actually see what I'm telling you here. He literally turned some trees into bats(you know, the ones you play baseball with, not the ones you see on Halloween) so this dude is not just your average gorilla. He plans situations out so he can counter whoever is up against him. Godzilla just simply fights without a mere thought. He always believes his physical power will get him through anything. But it may not always if your opponent is always thinking about how to counteract you. Kong is always coming up with ideas to counter his opponent's moves and that takes some serious skill. Godzilla would have to really put some thought into this in order to truly win which I don't believe in this case that he will.

3. Godzilla may have atomic breath but Kong can counter it with his ax.

This kind of goes back to the last paragraph when we talked about Kong’s brains and ingenuity. If you’ve been watching the movie trailer, you will notice that Kong’s ax is made up of one of Godzilla’s fins making it a very nice blade. When Godzilla attempts to use his atomic breath, Kong will be able to counter it by using the ax. He just has to make sure that he’s keeping the rhythm and swinging each time that Godzilla blows. If he doesn’t, then that could definitely knock Kong completely out. He just has to make sure he stays strong through this entire thing and not wimp out or grow exhausted because if he does, Godzilla could take him easily out with one blow. So Kong has to make sure he stays swift, strong and counters each and every move that Godzilla makes.

4. The writers want Kong to win.

This is no lie here. I think what will bring these movie ratings up is a really good long fight making the more fragile one the underdog. The point here is to show that wit and swiftness are the keys here to pure victory. That's it's better for someone to use their brains instead of bronze so to speak than to just use their girth and powerful breath. As long as Kong can wait it out and counter every attack without slowing down, he will definitely win.

So-who do YOU think is going to win? Kong or Godzilla? Let me know. I would love to hear from you!
