Dumbledore is a Villain
And if you think he's the hero, you're in denial

I will die on this hill: Dumbledore is the villain.
I'm going to dig a grave and sit in that hole until I die on that VERY hill. That's how serious I am about this.
There's also a couple of things below that will spoil 'Fantastic Beasts and Secrets of DUmbledore' movie, just FYI.
Come at me, bro. But before you do, let's review some things . . .
1. Harry Potter should have stayed with Sirius Black.
The reason Sirius went after Peter Pettigrew was because Dumbledore convinced him to send Harry to Lily's family. Even though the role of the GodParent is to be the next of kin if something should happen to the parents. Can you imagine Harry growing up in a playful, loving home with Sirius? Understanding the world of magic and his fame throughout it instead of being blindsided and expected to fall in line? I also think Sirius wouldn't have ever called Harry James if he raised him because he'd be able to tell they are two very different people. Also, I think Sirius would have kept Harry away from the magical world if Dumbledore gave him a good reason why, especially if Remus backed him up who was always the more logical of the Marauders.
2. After McGonagoll spends the day watching the Dursleys and warning Dumbledore that they are horrible people, he ignores her.
Even he knew nothing about the Dursley's beforehand, McGonagolls' opinion alone should have been enough for him to consider other options. Literally any other option. What that scene tells me is that Dumbledore will accept no other opinion other than his own. The Dursleys' were horrible people before they got Harry and if you want to support the theory that they were awful because Harry was a Horcrux, I think that theory falls apart quickly when you think about it hard enough.
3. He let Harry stay in an abusive home.
I don't care what the f&^% his reasons were, there is no reason to leave Harry in an emotionally and physically abusive household once he started Hogwarts. I know there's a theory that Harry had to stay with a blood relative of Lily's to keep up the protection magic but, honestly? That's a cheap reason. You're telling me, in an entire WORLD of MAGIC, there is absolutely no other way to give him MAGICAL protection? Absolutely none? THey couldn't have stolen a drop or two of Petunia's Blood and put it in a vial and enchanted it to stay in his trunk or something? No.
4. He Continually Sent Harry Into Dangerous Situations
Okay, I'll give you the first two books, Harry was weirdly running into extremely dangerous situations without many people knowing about it. But in the third book, Prisoner of Azkaban, he sent them back in time ILLEGALLY to battle dementors, werewolves, and to break out Buckbeak and Sirius. Seriously, that's a crime. He sent Harry back in time to commit crimes and almost get killed twice by dementors in the same night. Rather than helping and breaking the law himself, he sent a child to do it.
5. He Withheld Information Until It Benefitted Him
Another d*ck move he pulled was to constantly keep information from not just Harry but McGonagall and even Snape. Not to mention Newt Scamander in all the Fantastic Beasts movies, which somehow pisses me off more than when he manipulated Harry. It just shows that he has always manipulated children to do his bidding like an evil Santa Clause. He knew Newt would save any animal and would do his best to take it home and it benefitted Albus more to trick Newt into accidentally running into Grendlewald rather than just telling him.
6. Spoilers for 'Fantastic Beasts and Secrets of Dumbledore' movie below
I cannot express enough how f*cking pissed I was to not only see Albus hold back Aberforth from running towards his son who was injured and looks to be already dying from the Obscurus curse. Aberforth throughout the movie is battling with what he thinks is best for Credence/Aurelius and to be finally be within reach of him only for Albus to hold him back for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON I almost screamed out of frustration. BUT THEN the Challan, Shallan, the cute little baby deer that has a glowing belly bows to Albus, and its a creature that sees if someone is pure of heart and chooses the next Magical President of the World or something stupid, and it f*cking bows to Albus. NO. NOOOOOOO. I left the theater. If Albus is pure of heart then my letter to Hogwarts is in my mailbox. He literally spends the entire movie redirecting conversations into pity parties for himself and it's so annoying that I just wanted to throw something at the screen repeatedly.
I will add here that I had a free ticket to my local theater so I didn't pay to see this movie, I do not approve of buying anything Harry Potter related now because of J.K. Rowling and her support of gay conversion therapy. I was not even planning to see this movie but with a free ticket and it being the only thing that was playing in my local theater, I saw it.
Yes, there will be another article with my review of it.
In Conclusion, Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore is a selfish, narcissistic monster who abandons children in their darkest hour and acts like a hero.
I cheer when he dies in the Half Blood Prince.
I said it.
