Who is Capricorn Clark?
Capricorn Clark is the latest trending name from the trial of Sean Combs. Who is this female, and why is she causing such a stir with her testimony? Clark is a former personal assistant and marketing executive who worked for "Diddy" from 2004 to 2012. She later became Cassie Ventura's executive director.
This brings to mind Kato Kaelin who was in tyhe spotlight after the OJ Simpson trial. There is someone previously unheard of every week getting their 15 minutes of fame during the Combs trial. Another former assistant David James has also testified.
A mistrial motion was denied
This was the third week, of Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal trial in New York, There was intense testimony, and also a denied mistrial motion from Combs' defense lawyers who argued that prosecutors' questions about destroyed fingerprint evidence related to the arson of Kid Cudi's vehicle were prejudicial.
Judge Arun Subramanian ruled that the questions non-prejudicial and denied the mistrial motion. She instructed the jury to disregard the information.
Where are the A-list celebhrities?
The trial still has not brought forth the A-list celebrities that lawyer Tony Buzbee promised. Not one well-known celebrity has testified. There has also has been nothing stated about alleged child trafficking. For two weeks, it's been about Cassie Ventura and those who testified that Diddy mistreated her.
Capricorn recently testified in Combs's federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial. The allegations she made against him are alarming. Clark claimed that both she and Cassie suffered at the hands of the music mogul.
Diddy is accused of kidnapping and attempted murder
She alleges that Diddy kidnapped her, made her submit to lie detector tests, and forced her at gunpoint to participate in a plan to harm rapper Scott Mescudi known as Kid Cudi. She says he threatened her life on the first day of work.
"I’d never seen anything like this before," Clark told jurors, choking up as she described Combs allegedly breaking into Mescudi's home in a rage and not letting her leave the scene until she passed threats to Ventura Fine.

Clark descrives abusive work situations
Capricorn Clark described abusive work conditions, that included 20-hour workdays and stress so extreme that it led to health problems. She also te stified about Combs' alleged violent behavior, including incidents involving his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
It seems everyone saw Diddy abusing Ventura but no one stood up for her or alled the police. Imagine how powerful Diddy must have felt to have everyone falling in line with his alleged bad behavior.
Clark's violent testimony comes after a slew of witnesses, including Ventura Fine's mother Regina Ventura, Danity Kane alum Dawn Richard and Mescudi, appeared in court last week to share harrowing accounts of Combs' alleged abuse.
Clark. through tears, delivered explosive testimony in the federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial. Still there have been no well-known entertainers on the stand but perhaps that will come later.
Diddy's lawyers countered everything the witnesses said. Many peopel beleieve the highpowered attorneys will get their client off. The trial began on May 5th and is expected to continue for a few more weeks. Perhaps during this time some of the promised revelations and shocking exposures that will stun the world will come forth.
