A falied love story

Once upon a time, in a quiet coastal town, there lived two souls whose lives could not have been more different. Arman, a boy of humble beginnings, spent his days helping his mother sell fruit at the market. Lila, on the other hand, was the daughter of a wealthy businessman, raised in a world of silk curtains, ocean-view balconies, and soft piano melodies.

Fate brought them together one late afternoon. Arman was resting by the edge of the sea, sketching in a worn notebook, when Lila wandered away from her family’s beachside villa. She was curious, drawn not by the waves but by the sight of someone lost in thought, someone who looked at the world differently. Their first conversation was brief—awkward even—but it lingered with both of them. Day after day, they returned to that same spot by the sea, speaking of dreams, fears, and the things that made them feel alive. Despite the distance between their worlds, their hearts grew closer with every word.

It was not the kind of love you see in movies, full of grand gestures and dramatic scenes. No, they were quiet. Pure. The kind of love that grows in silence, in understanding glances, in the way Lila would bring her old novels, and she would sketch her hands as she turned each page. But not all stories are meant to be simple.

As time passed, Lila's parents began to notice the change in her. Her laughter was freer, her eyes brighter—but it was not because of anything they had given her. It was because of Arman, the boy from the market. To them, he was nothing but a mistake waiting to happen.

They forbade him from seeing him. They threatened to send her away, far from the sea, far from the boy who had captured her heart. She fought back at first, defiant and brave. But the world she belonged to was a cage she couldn't escape so easily.

Their last night together was quiet. They sat on the rooftop of an abandoned boathouse, the ocean stretching endlessly before them. Lila rested her head on Arman’s shoulder as he traced shapes in the sky.

“I don’t want this to end,” she whispered.

“It doesn’t have to,” he replied, even though he already knew the truth. Love wasn’t always enough to change the world.

That night, they didn’t say goodbye. They simply parted—he walked down the narrow alley toward the market; he returned to the gates of her golden home, carrying a heart heavy with unspoken words. Years have passed since that night. The ocean still sings its endless song. Arman still sketches, though now the pages are filled with her eyes, her smile, her silence.

Lila faced many storms after that. Her world, once so polished and perfect, began to crack. But somewhere deep inside, she carried the memory of a boy who once made her feel truly seen.

Dear friends, I share this not just as a story but as a prayer. I hope that Lila, wherever she is, finds her strength again. That she stands tall, with the wind in her hair and the fire of her spirit unbroken.

Because love—real love—never truly fades. It stays with us, like the sound of the sea, like the warmth of a touch long gone, echoing through our hearts forever.
