Sims 4: Business And Hobbies CC

The Sims 4 has done it again. Instead of a Get-to-Work pack update, they're charging you for yet another pack with the same theme.

Business And Hobbies is a pack about the extra careers and hobbies of sims. A lot of people are excited for it, then there's also people like me who can see this is just another cash grab.

And some of these cc creators are in on it. They make their packs before the pack comes out, and so you're all lining up to buy it and the game, but what else can they do? Seriously though at this rate they could team up together and create a life-sim video game of their own or something.

Speaking of life-sims, Dear Vocal, Could you please consider adding life simulation, life-sims, or simulation to the Gamers tags and categories?

Pierisim

Made Pottery shop cc listed under Arold's Shop 1 & 2. Check them out.

Even if you don't buy the pack, if you're a simmer who likes creating stories and taking screenshots, you could still use this to create scenes.

Clutter Cat

Around the time of the pack's release, they made the Mix and Match set.

Later coming out with another set Mix and Match II, which personally I think would make for a lovely green house cafe set, the highlights of this pack are arguably every single piece, especially those private small space counters perfect for private study spaces, and the seating booths that come with it's own partition/divider. I can't wait to experiment with this set!

Next up with have Simplicity. I simply thought the tables could make a nice cafe area or vacation spot.

Felixandre

They were already working on the Estate set long before the news came out, but conveniently their work also has something to do with hobbies so I decided to share it anyway.

It features a luxurious looking gym work out set and a marble hot spring tub and sauna.

Features a private bars (for rich people), foosball table, and pin pong table.

Syboulette

Around the time of release Syboulette made a Retail Therapy set. Finally you can build your own clothing store set up. It always irked me we didn't have more clothing racks to work with. It made for boring stores.

You need to buy Business and Hobbies in order to use the shelves in this pack it seems. I'd say the highlight of this pack would be the store signs. Because of the store signs you can use them for other store builds. This pack also comes with cute hand baskets, clothing racks and clothes on hangers.

Next up we have their Scruff and Stuff Set. Which features a gruny furniture set. I'm talking about sinks cluttered with dirty dishes, bags of trash that you can see in side, cabinets and counters that have swathes that make it look chipped and old, it's beautiful.

Peacemaker

They made a window and door furniture set perfect for stores display windows.

Max 20 Reserve

Max 20 had the same idea as Syboulette but different theme, and exectution. They went high end route, and collaborated with JolieBean feature fashionable fits. The highlights of this pack are the mannequins and platforms you can use to feature outfits.

Harrie

From Harrie we have a gorgeous wedding cake shop set.

Harrie also has a Tiny Tyrants Set, 1,2, and 3. Which features children and toddler furniture and clutter, it's still perfect for the theme of Business & Hobbies, especially set 2 which gives the vibe of kindergarten/daycare props and furniture.

Around The Sims 4

They made a post-office, something I always wanted.

They also made a Restaurant Kitchen and Restaurant Walk-in Fridge set. Which is perfect.

They also came out with Neon Signs, it's perfect for businesses, and if you're like me who used to scour the internet to find domi's( formerly known as domination kid) neon wall decals, you'll be grateful for this.

Boy am I glad I stumbled across it. It's a postal service furniture cc set.

It's incredible and I'm so grateful to have come across them! I love it when I come across maxis match creators, it prevents me from getting comfortable with my top list, and reminds me there are other creators out there who have the things I desire, I just gotta find them.

GUA

They made a partition set for Business & Hobbies, and also a card scanner console that I thought was so cool I was almost tempted to buy the pack. (I always wanted pottery so you have no idea how happy yet disappointed I was when Business & Hobbies came out).

Gua also has a cleaning cart set, I thought to add realism to builds, these could be used in shopping stores and malls, or whatever you choose to build.

Absolutely perfect. Around the Sims 4 has cleaning carts as well, but they were individual pieces you can apply on the rack. If you're trying to limit yourself and the number of cc items you download, I don't see the harm in switching over to this one.

Valia

Keep an eye out for their Wisteria Whisk Pack.

Part 1 is already out but it only features the bakery furniture and display cases, I always wanted more display cases to showcase food!

It seems like Part 2 will be the pack that has all the assortments of baked goods. I'm talking donuts, eclairs, pretzels, and an assortment of breads!

In the past they already had a baking kitchen set, so check them out. You can use it to build a kitchen for your future bakery.

During this time of Business & Hobbies, I'd like to give a reminder shout out to littledica's kitchen Sets! Particularly the double oven, is perfect for bakeries, their Greasy Goods, and Rise & Grind Pack, are packs I still use for my cafes and restaurants.
