Mundfish is developing and publishing Atomic Heart, a first-person action RPG video game. The game combines elements from the sci-fi and horror genres and is set in a different time and place in the Soviet Union in the middle of the 20th century.

Players assume the role of a KGB agent tasked with investigating a darkened secret facility. As they explore the facility, they come across various robotic enemies and mutated creatures and must fight them off with a variety of weapons and abilities.

The game has stunning visuals and an open-world design that allows players to freely explore the game's environment. It also has a crafting system as well as RPG elements like skill trees and character upgrades.

Although we have already reviewed Atomic Heart on DualShockers, the game will not be available until February 21, 2023, which means Today. Because of time zones and varying release dates, some players may be able to begin playing today, at least on PC.

Steam users will be able to play Atomic Heart sooner than console users. The game will be available in CET (Paris) at midnight on the 21st, so anyone west of Paris will be able to play it on the 20th in their time zone.

Fans of the game continue to eagerly await any news regarding the release date, and some speculate that the delays may be due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on game development. However, Mudfish officially confirmed the Atomic Heart release date on February 21, 2023.

Voice Acting and Soundtrack

Regarding voice acting, Atomic Heart features both English and Russian voice acting options, with the player able to choose which one they prefer. The voice-acting performances in the trailers and gameplay footage released so far have been well-received by fans, with praise for the quality of the performances and the authenticity of the Russian accents.
