Indian Coast Guard Day 2022: Highlights The Indian Coast Guard was formally established on February 1, 1977. The Indian Coast Guard is properly controlled and operated by the Ministry of Defense. ICG began with just seven surface platforms in 1978 and now has 156 ships and 62 aircraft in its inventory. By 2025, it is expected to reach its target force levels of 200 surface platforms and 80 aircraft. India’s coastline stretches for 7516.60 kilometres and is one of the busiest routes in the world. The Indian Coast Guard currently operates five air stations with ten air enclaves.

Parish Book of St. Mary's Church, in Newington, London, indicates that Cabbage was baptized on January 6, 1792, stating that his birthday was 1791. His birthday is mentioned in his funeral book Times, December 26, 1792; but the grandson then wrote that Babbage was born last year, in 1791. A few days later, however, Babbage's grandson wrote that Babbage was born just one year earlier, in 1791.
