We all see dreams. The dreams we dream are made by our imagination. According to the National Sleep Foundation, a person dreams four to six times per night. According to the report of the National Institutes of Health, you can spend more than 2 hours in the dream world during the sleep of the night. When we wake up in the morning dreaming, we have forgotten 90% of our dreams. We have forgotten what we have seen in our dreams.

Our sleep is in the 4th stage. In Stage 1 we are just resting, it is a very light sleep where anyone can come and come. Stage 2 is when we fall into a deep sleep and our brain slows down. Stage 3 is deep sleep, where your body muscles relax and here you get complete rail work. Then comes Stage 4 which is called R.E.M (Rapid eye movement). This is the stage where we start dreaming. It combines four stages to form a sleep cycle and lasts for about 90 minutes. We have 4 - 5 sleep cycles throughout the night.

1. Your dreams only see familiar faces. The faces we see in our dreams. We have seen those faces in real life. We meet many people in real life and we see many faces, some faces we remember, and some faces we forget. Sometimes in our dreams, we see the same face again and again. This means that we remember that face a lot in our real life. When we love someone or when we like someone and his face is very common in our dreams. Just like you meet many people in your real life, but you do not remember their faces, in the same way, you see the faces of many people in your dreams.

2. Your feeling comes out in the dream. Our dreams come out in the dreams we dream. The feelings we feel in our dreams are not a reflection of anything else but a reflection of our true, honest feelings. Fear and anxiety are the most expressed emotions in dreams, followed by anger and sadness. Our feelings come out in dreams. If we are unable to fulfill any wish in our real life, then we fulfill it in our dreams. If you want to be with a person, but you are not able to live together for any reason, or it is possible that in your dream you are living with that person with you because our feelings are manifested in dreams.

3. Your muscles are paralyzed. When we sleep and dream, our body becomes paralyzed. This is only so that when we are dreaming, then our body does not move. Many times we have a scary dream, then we try to get scared, but we cannot get up, it is only due to the luxuries of the body. In it, you will feel someone sitting on your chest or you will feel as if someone has suppressed you. If you are awake or you are still dreaming, then it surprises you.

4. Whatever picture we see in our dreams or all the places we see are mostly normal. The places in our dreams are mostly those which we have seen in our real life at some time. We can see our childhood memories in our dreams, we can see the life of our school or college in our dreams again, it is a very normal thing to happen. It is very common to see pictures in your dreams. Pictures play an important role in one's life, it connects us to our past. They remind us of people, places, feelings, and stories.

5. The dreams of man and woman are different. We all dream while sleeping. But the dreams of man and woman are different. Women remember their dreams more often than men. A man's dreams are few if the dreams of women are sweet. Men can dream of fighting in their dreams, but women do not have such dreams. Men in their dreams dream of other Assamese instead of women and women in their dreams see men and women in the same way. A man sees most of the men in his dreams and women in their dreams see both men and women as salmon.
