Living in a world full of lies with the belief we still operate on the truth.

I can remember a time when telling a lye was almost like breaking the law. There were consequences for telling a lye and the public viewed it as unacceptable, criminal and nothing that garnered any respect.

Getting caught lying was like being caught stealing, it wasnt always something you could get away with. I remember when being honest was easy and having integrity was worth something. What happened to the world? When did this all change? and more importantly Why did this change?

Todays world doesnt just operate on lies but its expected and correct me if Im wrong admired. Its just the new way of doing business. A good example of this I'll just say, Im not going to name names, Ill just say our former President, the one with the nice comb over and the beautiful wife. He stands before the entire world with a million cameras recording every word he says and lies about things as serious as the big T word. He lies about things that any 5th grade student would see through. He lies about things that put human lives in danger. He lies about all of this while every news camera in the country is pointed at him then proceeds to deny it.

Are we living in an altered reality? How is it that he gets away with it? When did some people suddenly become above the law? When did it become acceptable. How it is that a person is allowed to behave this way so blatently and get away with it and as well run for president again?

Are we living in a cartoon?? Can somebody give me something anything that even resembles an explaination that is plausable?

Are we really this sick as a society that were able to stand by and watch everything so many of our ancestors died for? All without even the slightest fight? Is it all lost? are we already living in hell and just some of us dont know it yet? Because this is sure what it seems like.

Were living in a world where steel sky scrapers built to withstand earth quakes and hurricanes melt before our very eyes and while there full of our loved ones. No that didnt happen, just because we watched it with our very eyes, what does that mean against the word of out so honest leaders?

Be careful now, dont say the truth too loud, you might just end up dead from some accident. This has all happened because weve kept our mouths shut, weve allowed it to happen and now it is coming for us, each and every one of us and most of us have absolutely no clue. We just clap when the teleprompter tells us to clap.. The thought that just makes me cry, is all those men who rushed that beach, the thousands and thousands of men who all had families and loved ones at home praying to god there person would make it home, They all jumped out of those boats with zero cover facing massive automatic 50 cal slugs flying at them from every direction knowing full well they were gonna die and there lives were done but they had no choice because there country required it from them and millions of innocent lives depended on there sacrifice, there life!!!!! How many of our leaders would do this?????
