I will listen to my body signals and obey in the New Year
A New Year will soon be upon us and I decided long ago to not make resolutions that I could not carry out. This year my goal is simple and it is to take blocks of time when possible in order for my body to refresh itself. I might take a nap, or sit with my feet up. I may watch a movie and make sure I do not get up during the entirety of the film. Another option is to read a book for a solid hour without being disturbed.

A Service Dog Without Its Owner Could Mean The Owner is in Danger
Dogs are faithful companions. My family and I have 5 of them and they are as much a part of the family as one can be. Trains of Yore. Top Story - December 2021.
One of the many old books we got when some elderly antique shop owner neighbours retired many years ago was a 1917 Encyclopedia called The Wonder Book of Knowledge. It was a bit beaten up and battered but it was a treasure that I pored over many times. And one of the fascinating items was a picture gallery of steam locomotives and other vintage railroad lore.
