CRED and other institutions release reports and make recommendations for future disaster reduction work.
On March 12, 2015, the World Health Organization Research Centre for disaster Epidemiology (CRED), University College London (UCL), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the United Nations International Strategy for disaster reduction (UNISDR) released a report entitled "Human costs of Natural disasters from a Global Perspective" (The Human Cost of Natural Disasters: A Global Perspective). This paper analyzes the trends and characteristics of the impact of global natural disasters on human beings and economy in the past 20 years (1994-2013), and analyzes the reasons for the differences in disaster impacts around the world. based on the results of the analysis, some suggestions for raising awareness of disaster reduction and strengthening disaster reduction actions are put forward.

Love like the Galaxy
Hello, Asian Drama Fans. I have completed both seasons of Love like the Galaxy. I watched some of the episodes more than once. The intricate relationships between the noble families required my full attention. Billed as a romantic drama in some places, this is more of a battle-oriented show. Blood splatters home screens or house side panels as a lawbreaking, unethical family is eliminated by one man - the God of War - our male lead Ling Buyi. If blood being slung off a blade bothers you, this is not the drama for you. There are numerous battle scenes where legions of men are violently killed with close-ups of throat cuttings and gut stabbings.

Democracy is Dead
Democracy in Britain has been dying for some time, however over the past few days as some of us are forced into mourning, it is clear that democracy is officially dead. It all started with a 22-year-old woman in Edinburgh who has been arrested for holding a sign that reads: 'F*** Imperialism - Abolish the Monarchy,' and as you can imagine it has sparked great debates online. The recent death of Queen Elizabeth has opened up the idea of removing the monarchy altogether. Charles is unpopular, Camilia even more, and Andrew even greater. Kings of Ancient Greek
In the ancient Greek history, the kings oversee the administration of their subjects by leading them toward achieving goals for the regime. The traditional kingship system was used in pre-classical Greece (The Dark Ages). Whenever there were no kings existing or they died, someone else would be chosen as king. This might be caused by any number of reasons: elections, council meetings and most importantly through force of arms. In this case, men chosen to be ruled over others had to prove themselves worthy of their new role. After that they would undergo initiation rites until they became "worthy".
