On September 3, 1839, Lin Zexu destroyed more than 1.1 million kilograms of opium in Humen, a feat that shocked the world. The principle of using troops is: do not take any chances that the enemy will not come, but rely on the full preparation we have made, ready to fight; Do not take any chances that the enemy will not attack, but rely on our impregnable defense, will not be defeated. Lin Zexu did this very well.

Sun Tzu put forward "the wise man's thoughts will be mixed with interests" of the method of using war, is that a wise man, will consider the benefits and harms together, so that evil will not appear, things can be smoothly. Then Sun Tzu once again put forward the strategic idea of "winning the war first and then fighting", that is, "being prepared for trouble". In a war, a general should not rest his hopes on the enemy not coming and not attacking, and should not be lucky, but should lay the foundation of victory on full preparation.

As a result of the management strategy aimed at building the brand and improving its popularity, Honda launched the products into the market very well. This year, compared with many companies in the red, Honda not only did not lose any money, but also achieved the highest sales record.

Summing up this experience, Honda has since formed the management strategy of being prepared for danger in times of safety. Each time a product or a market reaches a climax, they begin to research and develop a new generation of products and open up new markets, so that Honda will always have a new way out when the crisis comes.

In a word, a true general should have the style of a general, calm and calm, and be good at responding to changes. As said in the "Nine Places" : "The matter of a general should be calm and quiet, and correct." A wise general and leader always has both advantages and disadvantages in mind.
