Don't Get Swayed to Buy These Chinese Shoes

Before telling you about my horrible experience with Cilool and buying shoes from this international company, let me tell you what good customer service should look like.

What does good customer service look like?

Good customer service can be characterized by several key attributes:

1. Responsiveness: A crucial aspect of good customer service is being responsive to customer inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely manner. This involves acknowledging customers promptly, providing assistance or information, and addressing any problems they may encounter.

Keeping customers informed about any delays or expected wait times also helps manage expectations and maintain customer satisfaction.

Companies should actively seek feedback from customers, conduct regular evaluations of their service quality, and implement necessary changes or enhancements based on customer input. Demonstrating a commitment to constant improvement helps to meet evolving customer expectations and maintain high service standards.

This is what customer service is like at Cilool:

I am going to give you a summary of what happened to me when I purchased these flip flop sandals with a cushiony sole from Cilool Shoes. I ordered a size 8 in red and a size 8 in black. Three seconds after my order was placed I got a confirmation for two pair of white flip flops, one in a size and one in a size 8 1/2. Not even 30 seconds later I contacted them and told them what happened. I was told that it was too late, that my order was already shipped. How is that even possible! I emailed a few more times and got the same answer. They wouldn't even let me cancel.

So I waited for the flip flops and figured I would just keep one and give the other to my daughter and just suck it up to bad business. Well, things changed when I received their product.

I opened up the package and almost passed out from the stink. The shoes smelled like chemical overload. I contacted the company and they told me they could not do anuthing about it. I put them on my deck to air out for 3 days and still. I actually choked from the stink. Who knows what chemicals were in them... probably poisonous and cancer-causing.

I asked for half of my money back as it would cost me over $20 for a $60 purchase which I already paid to return them. That's ridiculous. The plastic bottoms were very poorly glued and they stunk like chemical warfare. Really! What would you do?!

So after waiting two months for a Paypal resolution they want to refund me the money if I send them back with a tracking picture sent to them. Why would I pay $20 more to maybe get refunded my $60. I don't trust them. PLUS I threw them out because they will definitely kill someone especially someone with a breathing condition.

So this article is written is to warn you about Cilool shoes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS INTERNATIONAL COMPANY THAT IS SENDING TOXIC PRODUCTS and refusing customer service from 3 seconds of pushing purchase. They could have rectified it in the beginning and started off with BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
