The message came through with its usual exuberant blip. Nothing incessant, just a single, almost celebratory sound before relying on the blinking green light to capture her attention. Robin watched the green light, deciding whether it was smart to listen to the message now or after the evening was over. If she left it, there was plausible deniability: there can’t be an “I told you so” if they hadn’t told her; but then again, Robin was never good at leaving things to the unknown.

The Mandalorian is easily one of, if not the best, shows on Disney+ right now. It is also the best Star Wars show available on the platform. The adventures of Din Djarin and Grogu through the galaxy has been a great ride for fans everywhere. Mando hasn’t always been alone in his journeys, though. He has had a lot of help from friends, mentors, masters, enemies, and creatures along the way. These characters have also been brought to life by some truly fantastic actors and actresses, such as Carl Weathers as Greef Karga and Rosario Dawson as fan favorite Ashoka Tano. There have also been some cameos from equally impressive stars like Jason Sudeikis and Bill Burr. But fans have recently gotten a look at some early concept art for the show that reveals some more impressive stars we almost got in the series.

Star Trek: The Orville
I love The Orville. It has a great dynamic between characters. There’s plenty of scifi. It’s a lot of fun. And overall, I’d say it’s scifi, and Trek, done right. I don’t think it was his intention, but MacFarlane, in trying to make a show that somewhat parodied Star Trek, while also being a homage to it, really did create a spiritual successor to Star Trek instead. This article is an updated version of my original review, written near the beginning of season one.

A Conflicted Gemini
I am something of a contradiction: a logical creative. On the one hand, I am a scientist — I crave data and evidence-based theories. On the other, I am a speculative fiction writer who loves being swept away by magical prose and unbelievable lands. I have always found the distinction between logic and creativity to be strange, because I do not see these things as mutually exclusive. There is art in data analysis, and sometimes an excel spreadsheet is the only way to save your fictional narrative.

My mom gave birth to me at 17 on 1st October 1998 at 2:38 AM. According to Astrosofa.com, this means I'm a zodiac sign Libra with a Leo Ascendant and a moon sign of Aquarius. I have no idea what any of this means.

Indecisive Since the Womb
Are we defined by when we are born? Is a preemie who was supposed to be born two to three months later and spends the first few months of his/her/their life in an incubator going to have the same zodiac sign as a fully developed healthy baby who was born at the same time? Or would the preemie have a personality that reflects when he/she/they would have been born healthy?

I was born in December. Two weeks late. Originally due to be a Scorpio but fate had destined me for a Sagittarius. I come from a long line of Sagittarius. My Father and I share the same birthday of December 3rd, his father before him on December 2nd, and my Mother is December 13th. Not only is my mother a Sagittarius but her rising sign is also a Sagittarius. Turn up the heat! That’s a whole lotta fire signs in one house baby.
