First off, I’d like to thank Warrior Women from the bottom of my heart to invite me to your forum. I am deeply honored. The long glass table beamed with filled seats of powerful women who were the panel of directors in the elaborate fashion industry. I had been submitting my designs of virtual models for quite some time, yet I was surprised to find the invitation in my inbox. Overhead in the skyscraper office hung a curved Video screen where viewers online could watch the discussion. Memories of a meeting I attended years ago in an Anonymous club gave me deja vu. They hadn’t a need to place heavy purses on the table, as it had been. These fem fashionista’s dressed lightly in sleek material attire that mirrored their holographic world they had created with state of the art computers. Honestly I felt I was in the future being so incredibly high in the glass tower. The sea below was stunning as it swept in a surround sound view as if seen with a Birds eye. We realized that you had a dire problem when an article went missing that we consider private. My face flushed from the spoken words of a tall brunette who sat at the center of the table. You mean, my pleasure toy? The table with brilliant looking women of several races nodded in unison. Oh.. How could you know about that? I told no one. An Asian woman who reminded me of someone spoke up. We have our ways. Is all she said, telling me nothing. I have suspected that you might have a connection to outer space. All the pretty eyes grew large with smiles that seemed to conceal something. How else could you see in my apartment? I sat back having a laugh. Another woman voiced her opinion. I think it’s terrible that something caused your artifact to disappear. Even we, were puzzled by the unexplainable occurrence. Their seemed to be a religion within them, as they all grew silent and bowed their heads. It’s not the first time an item of mine vanished. The slender bodies in evening gowns were more curious. What else had vanished? The first time my snorkel & mask for swimming mysteriously disappeared. Do you think their was a connection to the sea world? The question had crossed my mind.. And the next time? The next time the reversal happened when I found deceased birds on my carpet.. It could have been the cat.. No, no, the screen door was closed. This felt as if it had been dropped by a craft that hovers heavily overhead at times. Living on the top floor I get a pounding sound that no one knows what the source of it is. Like something alien is above & below too? Yes, I tried to get help with moving, but people stopped talking because of it. You feel stuck between a rock & a hard place? The electronic doors to the futuristic utopian office suddenly opened revealing two rather supernaturally looking women. They must have been nine feet tall with lavender skin. I knew there was a connection to, ? They are who started our company, a race from Orion. Is everyone there female, as I don’t see any of the male species.. We have males that design, although our models are only females. Why is that? I had an idea to dress couples, you rejected. Yes we do not include clothing for men. I fail to see why not? The doors opened again with Orion males resembling tall fairy tale characters almost like Royals. The Orions forbid it, I am sorry. The brunette leader informed. The tall story book creatures communicated through telepathy that they were interested with the missing snorkel. They waved their slender arms motioning as waves in the sea. They would like to show you their craft. Out among the frosting coated aqua waves a silver object grew from the tides. I stood up overwhelmed by its stature. It was a cylinder disc, quite emanate in size. Standing there in awe of the vastness of it all, I wished with all my power to go for a ride.. We can take you up, if your not afraid. I’m not afraid, I know you people, I’ve been communicating with you for some time now.. Suddenly there was a whoosh sound where I was flying above the ocean through the air holding the hands over the purple beings. Their cellophane garments swirling like wings in the ripples of air. The wind was a cushion to them as they floated down setting me within the gleaming craft. I’ve never felt so out of body, as I seemed to materialize inside the steel structure. I was in a round room with lighted controls with little seats for their frail bodies. It was rather elegant as the four fairies smiled with big grins. I felt a bit uneasy as the pressure of being inside a intergalactic air stream enamored my consciousness. Their eyes were big & almond shaped as I studied them deeply for what seemed timeless. They wanted to show me the entire craft as I followed them into a larger room with sunken couches carpeted with a fiber I was unfamiliar with. It felt organic like soft moss as a small pool for bathing was in the center. Their was a dome around it, as I thought it must be a hatch to the ocean floor. I understood that this is all they needed as they swam like mermaids for fish & sea life that I wondered if they had in their world. I sat upon the sofa feeling as if I were the alien. Offering me a raw fish to eat I tried to explain that I needed to cook the meat. They looked deep in thought as I pantomimed a fire. How was I too spark their imagination? Thinking of sparks bursting out of a Fourth of July celebration, my thoughts took shape. Oh fire! The log lit like magic as thoughts became substance. A fire floated as the creatures took a small fish roasting it on a sea vine. Handing me once it cooked, smoked salmon. Letting it cool, I was delighted on how well it tasted. Yet, I had no way of quenching my thirst.. Water, I said. One offered me a cup of sea water. I shook my head, no salt.. I began to sweat in the confined space having no liquid to drink. Then the tall woman understood & began working on clearing the salt from the water. Blowing fairy dust onto the cup, it evaporated the salt. She handed me the water to try. Sipping it in interest, I was reluctant to believe it was salt free. Yet it was pure as river water.. Drinking it down, I had never felt so empowered. What’s for dessert? I asked not expecting an answer. To my surprise the women found dried fruits that tasted like sea grapes. I wondered how they obtained the sugar.. Yet, they had sugar dried in cubes they really seemed to enjoy.. Breads appeared from a sea through oven that operated holographically in a upper chamber. The girls made me a entire pitcher of salt free water that made me feel more comfortable as I could relax. They sat down on the couch next to me running their hands through my hair. Faint light bulbs lit the fishy inner room as the pool gurgled me to sleep.. I don’t ever want to go home. My lips murmured this sounding as if I was a talking sound from a seashell.. The rhythm of the sea rocked me deep into sleep.. And then I woke up back in my rumbling apartment. Had this all been but a dream?
