Opinion: Should Rey Return In Future 'Star Wars' Projects?
The Star Wars sequel trilogy reintroduced us to the galaxy far, far away, with the conflict between the Resistance and the First Order. Little did Disney know, however, that there would be a much greater conflict that was about to take place, a conflict amongst the fans. Though everyone accepted The Force Awakens for the most part, The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker left behind fan debates that still continue to this day, made Rian Johnson one of the most controversial names in Star Wars, and appeared to make the Resistance’s fight against the First Order look quaint in comparison with the battles within the fandom.

The Hidden Easter Egg From 'The Phantom Menace' You Missed
While the original trilogy of Star Wars films sought to tell the story of Luke Skywalker, his friends, and the Rebel Alliance's struggle against the Empire, the prequel era detailed how the Republic fell. Specifically how the Jedi Order was eradicated, how Emperor Palpatine came to power, and the origins of the most iconic villain of all time, Darth Vader. The Sith Lord, formerly known as Anakin Skywalker, helped the Empire hunt down and destroy the Jedi Knights, betraying his friends, his mentor, Obi-Wan Kenobi, the Republic for which he had fought and swore to protect, and his wife, Padme Amidala.

New 'Book Of Boba Fett' Images Show Off More Fennec Shand
Fennec Shand is shaping up to become one of the more popular female character in the Star Wars community. Maybe not (yet) quite as popular as Hera Syndulla or Ahsoka, but for someone who is clearly more on the side of an anti-hero, she is quickly becoming a fan favorite. Shand, played by 58-year-old Ming-Na Wen, had her debut in the episode "The Gunslinger" in season one of The Mandalorian. She was the target of Din Djarin and his treacherous sidekick Toro Calican, and proved to be more than worthy opponent. At the end of the episode, she was left for dead in the dunes of Tatooine. The very last scene saw her body approached by a then unknown man, who was later revealed to be Boba Fett.

Kathleen Kennedy Hints At A Future Return For These Sequel Characters
The Disney era of Star Wars saw a return to the big screen in 2015 with the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, a highly anticipated cinematic return of the franchise that fans had been waiting for a decade. With this re-introduction of a wide range of new protagonists and antagonists, the film was well-received, and the sequel trilogy of the Skywalker Saga was initially considered to be promising. However, unlike standalone installments such as Rogue One: A Star Wars Story that had impressive box office success and critical reception, fans' satisfaction with the sequel trilogy skidded downhill after The Force Awakens.

The Five Plot Points The Prequel Trilogy Failed To Complete
The prequel trilogy had one director and writer in George Lucas, so one would think that would lead to a cohesive trilogy. Well, that was not the case. While there were overarching themes and ideas, some plot points were dropped, sidelined, or completely forgotten in one movie or another. Scripts changed. The outline got twisted. It was always a big process from plot to script and finally to film. With that in mind, here are the top five plot points that the prequel trilogy failed to complete.

Director Robert Rodriguez Shown Acting Out 'The Book Of Boba Fett' Fight Scene
At long last, we are finally getting a solo Boba Fett project! Fans have long petitioned for a movie starring the bounty hunter, and it appeared that a film was in the works for a while. However, now we know that the Boba Fett project is a show that will be streamed on Disney+, and it is only mere weeks away. Despite the premiere date drawing closer, details from the show have been kept relatively quiet. Aside from the recent trailer, there has not been a lot of footage or images released, and that is probably out of a desire to keep the show from being spoiled. However, Empire has just released a new image of one of the series’ directors, Robert Rodriguez, on set.

The Best Musical Pieces From Each ‘Star Wars’ Movie Part 4 (The Sequel Trilogy)
Maestro John Williams returned to the galaxy far, far away to score the third and final trilogy of movies in the Star Wars franchise. While the soundtracks bring back some nostalgic leitmotifs from the original trilogy, Williams also created a new palette of themes that follow a new generation of characters through the final trilogy. Sadly, it appears that these films will be the last ones Williams scores within the Star Wars franchise. However, Williams should be lauded that he managed to complete the magical musical journey he started with A New Hope and ended with The Rise of Skywalker forty-two years later.
