Star Wars The Acolyte Has Cast Its Lead Actor
Breaking news from the galaxy far, far, away; Or in this case, the good folks down at Lucasfilm who are making stories set in that galaxy, for it seems that more progress is happening with one of their many productions, with The Acolyte having an eye on its lead role. According to Variety, that role will belong to actress Amandla Stenberg, known for roles in The Hate U Give and The Hunger Games. If all plays out, she would be an amazing addition to the Star Wars universe and possibly the first woman of color to have a starring role in a Star Wars property.

Morrison first appeared as Boba Fett in season 2 of The Mandalorian, and The Book of Boba Fett will pick up with Boba post-season 2. However, The Mandalorian takes place 5 years after Return of the Jedi, and the last time fans saw Boba was when he fell into the pit of the almighty sarlacc. In The Mandalorian, we find out that he is very much alive. That has left many of us wondering how he escaped along with a ton of other questions. If Morrison’s comments are correct, we will be getting all the answers we could ever want.

We Bet You Missed This Detail From ‘Return of the Jedi’
The Battle of Endor in Return of the Jedi marked a triumphal moment in the Star Wars galaxy. The Rebel Alliance, led by Han Solo, managed to deactivate the deflector shield on Endor, and a starfighter squadron led by Lando Calrissian and Wedge Antilles managed to destroy the main reactor of the second Death Star, vaporizing the battle station and leaving Palpatine's Galactic Empire on life support. The most significant moment of the Battle of Endor, however, might be when Anakin Skywalker, enslaved to the dark side for decades as Darth Vader, the Dark Lord of the Sith, sees Luke's suffering at the hands of his dark master, Emperor Palpatine, and decides to sacrifice himself to save Luke by throwing Palpatine down a nearby shaft.
