Kylo Ren Manages To Defeat A 'Star Wars' Beast His Grandfather Couldn't
While many fans of Star Wars claim that Kylo Ren will never be as great as his grandfather – Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker turned Sith Lord Darth Vader – a Marvel comic has shown that Kylo bested his legendary grandfather in one aspect, slaying a beast on his own that Anakin couldn't best without the help of the Grand Army of the Republic.

Why The 'Star Wars Holiday Special' Was One Of The Best Things To Happen To The Franchise
"I'm not convinced the special wasn't ultimately written and directed by a sentient bag of cocaine." This quote from Nathan Rabin of The A.V. Club is but one of the many reviews written for the Star Wars Holiday Special, the infamous Star Wars TV special that was aired once on November 17, 1978 and then never again. In light of the original film's immense worldwide success, CBS opted to create a full two-hour long special dedicated to the still fledgling franchise. For this special, George Lucas decided to bring back the main cast of the film, along with an appearance from Darth Vader via unused footage from the movie.

Star Wars! Nothing but Star Wars; and it seems that there will be nothing but Star Wars in the future, as production continues to ramp up on the many Disney+ shows on the horizon, especially for the year 2022. Cassian, Acolyte, Ashoka, Mandalorian, there is so much upcoming content, one would think that Star Wars fans would have their fill. Well apparently not, as it seems that there may be unannounced Star Wars projects already in production. What is this project exactly? It's hard to say exactly, however we can certainly speculate. Let's take a look.

10 Things You Didn't Know About Cad Bane
There probably isn't much that Cad Bane wouldn't do if the payment was right. He had kidnapped Force-sensitive babies for Darth Sidious, and had taken hostages in the Republic Senate. He was even hired to kill Chancellor Palpatine himself. So far, the Duros bounty hunter had only appeared in animation form, both in The Clone Wars and The Bad Batch (and as graffiti in Star Wars Rebels). As this species was first seen back in A New Hope, nothing would stop Bane from jumping to live-action, like Ahsoka Tano or Bo-Katan before him. This is reason enough to look at 10 things you (probably) didn't know about Cad Bane.

Star Wars: What If...Anakin Never Turned To The Dark Side?
To paraphrase a line from another major franchise, the ink on the page is dry. We knew how the Star Wars prequels would end as soon as George Lucas wrote them. However, we did not know the exact details. Still, we knew that they would tell the story of how the heroic Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker would fall to the dark side and become the dreaded Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Vader. We knew the prequels would tell how the Galactic Empire came into existence, and we knew that the final events of the prequel trilogy, as chronicled in Revenge of the Sith, would be tragic. Additionally, during Anakin's inevitable fall to the dark side, he would be forced to confront his former master, Obi-Wan Kenobi. Many fans speculated that he would be severely wounded in the process, forcing him to depend on a cybernetic suit for his continued survival, becoming “more machine than man”.

He is being touted as a series lead, indicating he could have just as big of a presence in the series as Ahsoka herself.

Keanu Reeves Reveals He Was Disappointed By ‘Return Of The Jedi’
Say it ain't so, Keanu! Actor Keanu Reeves (Bill & Ted Excellent Adventures, John Wick, The Matrix trilogy) revealed during an interview with The Guardian that he felt "let down" by Return of the Jedi when he first saw the final installment of the original Star Wars trilogy at age 19. The film continued the storyline established in A New Hope and carried through in The Empire Strikes Back, which many fans consider one of the best Star Wars movies in the franchise. Return of the Jedi attempted to tie up many of the loose ends in The Empire Strikes Back, which included Han Solo being frozen in carbonite, then taken captive by bounty hunter Boba Fett, the revelation that Darth Vader is Luke’s father, Luke dealing with losing his right hand and lightsaber in a duel with Vader, and the Rebels narrowly escaping the Empire in the end.

Everything We Know About The 'Star Wars: Eclipse' Controversy
Content Warning: Homophobia, Harassment, Assault I shouldn't have to point out that this has been a rough year for the video game community, especially for its marginalized members. In light of countless allegations and lawsuits leveled at major game companies including Rockstar Games, Riot Games, Naughty Dog, CD Projekt Red, and most notably Activision and Ubisoft, we've been seeing many calls to action from gaming fans and media alike for the game industry to address and fix its toxic, bigoted work culture that has sadly been a large part of it for decades. Among the companies called out for their systemic mistreatment of employees is Quantic Dream, the developer of titles such as Heavy Rain and Detroit: Become Human. The company has especially been in the limelight as of late due to the announcement of Star Wars: Eclipse.
