How Discovering We're Alone in the Universe Could Benefit Mankind
The late astronomer and world renowned astrophysicist Carl Sagan once said, "For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring."

Nothing. That is all there was, yet what it was couldn’t quite be defined as nothing. Black, then a kaleidoscope of colorful geometric patterns playing tricks behind the eyelids as if they were living portraits from the creative mind of a mathematician. A duality of individual kaleidoscopic folds of geometry—one for each eye experienced simultaneously.

Humans Ability to Turn Lucid Dreaming into Reality
We're all in this world, this sphere or maybe flat surface. It's filled with life and beautiful little-articulated objects naturally growing around us. These complex yet simple looking constructs provide the means of life to us on a silver platter. The very sad truth is we destroy that beauty provided to us to progress and better ourselves, so we think. Across the street, there's this wonderland of colors and textures blooming every year on repeat, living a crazy circle of life. Amidst this circus of adrenaline in the wonderland, there's constant glistening brought upon by the beams of light fathomed from the sky. Flourishing on repeat, demonstrating the real value of growth with no remorse for the repercussions awaiting in a different life in the future. Sun kissed in the warmth, and mellowed in the freezing cold; it never self destructs.

Vortex
Do you ever have one of those days where you feel insignificant? That's basically my whole life. I wish that I could go to sleep and explore the vastness of space; but that's what we have movies and the entertainment industry for, exploring where most of us cannot venture.

6 Signs You're a 'Real Life Divergent'
Some of us just weren't born to fit into the societal norms. We weren't born to thrive at a 9-5 job that barely makes ends meet, to worry day in and day out, to have no control over our lives... to just blindly follow the herd. Each and every one of us contains the power within us to co-create and manifest whatever we want into our lives. Some of us are, for whatever reason, extremely sensitive; the Empaths.

Global Warming: We Have Only Been Dangerous to Ourselves
Our human activity is why the things we figured would take a million or so years to begin, are happening right now. It is cause and effect. Yes, I am talking about global warming. Human beings have kind of hurried along the natural process of global warming. We consume everything on our planet. Being at the top of the food chain has its drawbacks. We have littered every mountain and body of water we get into. We have ripped up the land to farm and mine, for nutrition and wealth. We leave tons upon tons of our human waste everywhere. Just think of angry monkeys locked in a cage. We even make some of our hills with poop!

Why Flat Earth Theory Matters
By now most people have heard of the flat Earth theory and rightfully so, many have disregarded this idea as a ridiculously absurd, one not based on any empirical evidence. But despite not being backed by any hard science this idea is still gaining momentum as more and more are starting to question whether our planet really is a sphere. Furthermore, I don't intend this to be hyperbolic when I say that this theory and other similar ideas that challenge the literal and figurative foundation of our reality could very well be the downfall of Western civilization.

The Prognosis for Our Planet
We live in one of the most exciting and fascinating times in the history of human civilisation. Our technical and scientific achievements are unparalleled by any other era. Yet while we enjoy the taste of our labours, the environment is covering the bill.

Human Species, Did We Screw Up?
The human species: supposedly the most intelligent beings on our planet. Yet what type of intelligent creature destroys their only home? You see most intelligent creatures adapt to their environment, living in harmony with nature and the other animals in that area. We, human beings, do not do this. Instead, we adapt everything to us. We don't care how much we destroy as long as it suits our needs. This is not a sign of an intelligent creature. In fact, this is the sign of a primitive being: something that doesn't understand the delicate balance of the planet they live on.
