Suqqu steeled her nerves, stopped crying and dried her eyes, she would grieve for her protector later. She first had to avenge his murder, all the two of them ever did was what the leader of their country had asked them to do. And after everything they did for him, they were betrayed. And for what reason? she wondered; I’ll be sure to ask him after I poison him, maybe let him see someone he loves die, see how he likes it.

Into the Oblivion
I could have done something, the mantra that repeats in my head. Could I have done anything, the second mantra, to stop what had happened to my people on that day? I could've turned back. I should've have turned back. Maybe if I stayed like Mama told me we would all still be together. Maybe we would all be safe some where in the depth that is the jungle. I miss Mother's warm hugs. My heartaches on the reality that I may never see her again. I miss Joáo. His hazel eyes always shone with curiosity. Those eyes often pulled him into tough situations. There is not a day that I don't think of them. Did they escape safely or were they captured too? Are they here, trapped like me? Or am I alone?

Two Betrayed Chapter 5
Racker and Suqqu had continued with their trek 7 miles off the main trail. Racker figured it would be less likely to get ambushed that way. After a few hours of hiking, Racker chose a place for them to sleep, close by there were four large trees that Suqqu could climb up in a hurry should the need arise, and a large rock five feet high and teen feet wide he could use for cover. He set up the canvas sheet for cover should any rain come and as they hunkered down for the night Suqqu asked before going to sleep, "Are we just going to walk right up to him?"

A man, dressed In black, and wearing sunglasses, was gathered with several others, In what looked to be A Picnic Area. Street lights, dimly lit the Area. They were all sitting At A table, with small buildings behind them, while A river that looked to contain blood, flowed through It's banks.

A rabbit scurried across the wet grass of the valley, which had been enveloped by the starry black of the night. It's mighty legs propelled it through the land at remarkable speed. It neared it's burrow, a hole in the ground under a hit in the valley.
