The Girl that could be Anything
My name is Rose Johnson. I am an ordinary girl.. or so I think, that can change my form to any animal I wish. If it must have a name it would be called a shapeshifter, but I just don't know how i came to have these powers. I have had them for about as long as I can remember. I am 17 years old and I am about 5'5 in height and weight about 125 pounds. I have brown curly hair and pretty baby purple eyes.

The Life Unknown
Christopher was beginning to grow tired of his daily routine, and of the way that his life had unfolded up to this point. “Wake up, work, eat, sleep, repeat,” he thought to himself, “that’s all I ever do.” What Christopher truly enjoyed were his strolls through town, where he walked at a leisurely pace in the present. This is what Christopher did best. He would breathe the fresh air, smile at the sunshine, smell the roses, petunias, and other flowers that he passed. He’d wave at the trees and imagine their branches were waving back to him. He saw upside-down worlds through the reflections of the canals which columned the town like the spaces between paragraphs.

A Strong Dragon Seizes Humanity
I stepped outside of my apartment and looked at the bright and colorful sky. I rubbed my eyes to make sure I wasn't dreaming or seeing things. It wasn't just me. Everyone in my neighborhood was staring at the stunning and beautiful night sky. It was a little past midnight, yet the sky was nearly as bright as day, filled with streams of various light that seemed to simply flow across the night sky. Six Packs of Sugar
It was raining, but it always seemed to rain. The windows to the gas station were fogged ever so slightly from the difference of the temperature inside the building versus the ever vastly declining temperature that loomed outdoors. I fiddled with my pen, drawing circles, screws, and other looped items on the countertop. No one would notice; the ink barely made a mark over the grimy surface. I didn’t see when the door opened. I said no greeting. I made no eye contact. I simply continued to make doodles that meant nothing.

The Black Book Society
From the very beginning of time, the fates have known what to expect. They have seen all and known all. However, they became bored with the linear progress of man and decided to instill into the societies little black books, whereby these particular people would become chess pieces for the fates. As the fates allowed, they would grant these select people with the knowledge of the future based on their decisions then. It is then known that these people were apart of “The Black Book Society”. These people would live and die by the book, as these books could lead these men and women to success and everything they wanted. The fates were happy, as they were finally entertained, until one day a particular man’s book went missing.

The Year 2100
By 2100 A.D. big tech had a huge stranglehold on the world as well as Earth's colonies: Mars, Venus, Europa, Titan and Mercury as well as the Moon. Free speech and due process are long gone and very few people alive even heard of such terms. Robots are in every home. All retailers and restaurant employees, teachers (Big Tech controlled education now) , sanitation workers, lawyers and more have been replaced by robots. The police were still human with implants and still did what they do today which is to protect those in power, in this case Big Tech. Wrong Think could be punished with prison time, loss of income, indentured servitude or death. People were required to have implants and everything they did was structured by Big Tech.

Ground Control is Major Tom
Plutarch stood dumbfounded by the sheer impossibility of it all. Petrified trees, and petrified cars and petrified ramen noodles suspended between petrified bowls and petrified chopsticks held by petrified hands. It was some sort of cruel snapshot, as brief and invasive as a loud streak of lightning through windows in a stormy night.
