Revelations of an emissary for the Galactic Federation

I concluded Part Four of this series by speculating whether there could be several factions to the secret space programme (SSP) that allegedly exists on our planet, comprised of a “Fourth Reich-Draco reptilian Dark Fleet” operating alongside the Galactic Federation of Worlds (GF), with an “Earth Alliance” comprised of delegations from Australia, Brazil, Canada, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, New Zealand, South Korea, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States, which came clean on the existence of its Space Force in 2019.

There is very little concrete evidence to definitively verify the existence of the Dark Fleet or Galactic Federation but the US Space Force is certainly a reality… it’s just a question of what it’s capable of, its scope of operation and whether it has non-terrestrial officers and space cruisers flitting about the galaxy in an international Alliance of planetary superpowers.

No clear evidence of the Galactic Federation monitoring developments on Earth exists, with disclosure on this coming primarily through telepathic channeling involving psychics and mediums such as Ellen Redd or under quantum therapy hypnosis with specialists such as Dolores Cannon. The same is true for the Dark Fleet, with many of the whistleblowers’ revelations coming through similar channels.

Not quite the subject I’d intended to tackle here but it’s very pertinent to the SSP narrative so off an another tangent down the rabbit hole I go… this time to discover more about Elena Danaan, a field archaeologist who spent many years working in Egypt and in France before her journey took a detour towards pagan spirituality and she began “druid” training.

An extraterrestrial contactee since childhood, Danaan claims to be an emissary for the Galactic Federation of Worlds and has written extensively on her experiences. As a nine-year-old she claims to have been rescued from abduction by a Galactic Federation scout ship captained by Thor Han Eredyon, an Errahel from planet Erra in the Taygeta star system in the Pleiades.

But her relationship with Thor Han is far more complex than that... as Danaan also asserts they have been “soul companions” since leaving their original home in the Altea star system, in the NGC 7331 galaxy visible in the Pegasus constellation, several hundreds of thousands of years ago since when they have undergone countless different incarnations.

However, it’s through this relationship with Thor Han that Danaan claims her revelations stem and she has been communicating with him all her life, sometimes through him teleporting into her bedroom or her being taken on board his ship (an average of four to six times a year).

But since the “Shannon incident” in county Kerry, Ireland, where she was living in November 2018, their contact has become more frequent with her being adopted as an "emissary" of sorts for the GF.

At least that’s my basic understanding of the back story but if you’d like a more detailed explanation of Danaan’s relationship with Thor Han and the GF I’d suggest you look her up online and read some of her books. Some of the tales seem pretty tall, not helped by some “romanticised” descriptions of her interaction with Thor Han, but nevertheless the revelations are quite startling and contain great detail so she gets the benefit of the doubt in my eyes and is worth checking out.

Danaan’s revelations are numerous and “out there” so I’ll just focus on one, aired on Michael Sallas’ Exopolitics Today platform, with whistleblower Jean-Charles Moyen.

Moyen claims to have been a “20 and back” super soldier who served as a captain of a research and rescue crew aboard the Solaris, a Franco-US vessel assigned to the Solar Warden fleet. Since his service in the SSP he has lived in Canada and has more than 30 years experience in Hollywood special effects.

Moyen and Danaan sat down for an Exopolitics Today podcast with Salla in April 2022 when they discussed being transported to “space arks”, possibly containing halls of records, that exist at sites around the planet… including beneath Mt Vostok in Antarctica, the Sphinx in Giza, Mt Kailash in Tibet and below Bahamas in the Caribbean.

They tell of being taken aboard a huge Galactic Federation mothership called the Excelsior and then being transported to the space ark under the ice-covered South Pole where they witnessed “blue giants” sleeping in stasis chambers.

It’s fascinating stuff and expands on information widely acknowledged in online circles but once again there are themes that are staple fodder in sci-fi realms, with Ridley Scott’s 2012 movie Prometheus, written by Jon Spaihts and Damon Lindelof, immediately coming to mind. But again it’s a question of chickens and eggs: seeds planted in minds by cinema releases, or narratives based on reality designed to aid deniability?

Another veteran of the Solar Warden programme is Corey Goode, who claims to have been an intuitive empath (IE) “recruited” in 1976 at the tender age of six through a MILAB programme, a term coined to cover military subjects trained and indoctrinated for “black ops” service. Following on from that he claims to have been drafted into a “20 and back” SSP role until 2007, his IE abilities identifying him as an ideal interface with extraterrestrial races.

Now Goode is an interesting case because there’s a huge amount of material online going to great lengths to discredit his testimony, much of it claiming he has admitted to it being fabricated.

But, I have to say that in the podcasts I’ve seen of him he comes across as an extremely well-informed guy who talks intelligently about subjects such as German secret societies – Thule, Vril and Black Sun – establishing a base on the Moon during World War II that was used as a launching pad for missions to Mars, where the Third Reich fought fierce territorial battles with the indigenous Martian races that inhabited lava tubes running throughout the planet’s subterranean regions.

Goode claims that during the second world war the German secret societies supported by SS commander Heinrich Himmler’s Ahnenerbe “research institute” established underground bases in Antarctica and South America that, hidden and protected from prying eyes, were able to forge ahead with advanced technologies harnessing anti-gravity and space-time portals.

When the Mars colonisation began Goode explains the travel time between the Moon and the red planet was several hours in contrast to the present day when it is a matter of minutes, claiming he derived much of his knowledge from archived material he found on “smart glass pads” he had access to during his service in the SSP.

After initially establishing a presence in Mars’ equatorial regions, Goode describes how the Nazis encountered harsh electrically-charged sandstorms that played havoc with their electronic equipment – details supported by NASA confirming tremendous lightning bursts occur during dust storms on the planet – that pushed them north and south where they discovered an ancient lava-tube network, about 10 times the size of those on Earth, and relocated their bases there.

But the lava tubes and other subterranean regions were not uninhabited, also being occupied by two intelligent species – one reptilian, the other insectoid – who they had to wage fierce territorial battles against to hold on to the bases. Cant's go on without a quick mention here for Paul Verhoeven's 1997 classic Starship Troopers in which the forces of the United Citizen Federation go to war with Klendathu arachnids after the bugs destroy Buenos Aires in a meteor attack. Chicken or egg?

Many Dark Fleet lives were lost during these brutal exchanges that continued into the 1950s when US president Dwight Eisenhower pledged his co-operation at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico, in 1955… effectively providing the resources to finally consolidate the bases and protect them from Martian forces.

And, having watched several of his podcasts, I still find Goode's testimony convincing despite the online campaign to discredit him and allegations he has admitted much of it being fabricated.

In a November 2022 article on the Galactic Anthropology website Danaan points out that her source Thor Han has confirmed the veracity of much of Goode’s disclosure, while she also points out any suggestion it may have been made up could be him simply trying to protect copyright on his material.

At the foot of the same article there is a short clip of Goode also alluding to this and stating he is not recanting his story just protecting it. Now, I’ve slid a fair distance down the rabbit hole but am not as invested in the business of disclosure as some of these whistleblowers so take much of it with a pinch of salt… but other research I’ve done and the complexity of Goode’s revelations leave me in little doubt that much of his testimony is credible... however he came by it.

In a podcast with Jennifer McCarthy-Wahlberg from 2020, uploaded to Rumble late last year, Goode talks about his father who was a WW II conscientious objector whose national service became a series of medical experiments, some to manipulate his genetic coding (similar to the Covid vaccines) to modify his DNA which might then be replicated in future generations of his family.

Goode suggests this may have played a part in him being selected for the MILAB programme, which meant him being taken out of school several times a week and taken in a white van to the Carswell Air Force Base near Fort Worth, Texas, for psychological experimentation in an underground facility at the base where he was put through virtual-reality programming.

At the end of the sessions he relates how the subjects were shown videos of visits to places such as museums and national parks so that they would remember these experiences when they returned to their families rather than the tests they’d actually experienced at Carswell. He remained in the programme until being transferred aged 16 to the SSP and taking part in a “20 and back” Solar Warden programme.

After initially being rejected for service on a research vessel because of his age, Goode claims he served on the Moon in an Intruder Intercept And Interrogation programme for 10 months before serving on a vessel and being loaned out to projects in other locations, such as Mars, because of his unique IE attributes.

In his conversation with McCarthy-Wahlberg he talks about the tediousness of his duties aboard the ship and how that, and his scientific background, allowed him plenty of opportunity to plug into the smart glass pads through a bio-neural interface that allowed him access to incredible archived database information.

Once again I’ve only scratched the surface of the mind-boggling technology he discusses but once again it raises the question of chickens and eggs, with Goode himself drawing analogies with film franchises such as Men In Black and Battlestar Galactica.

Yet another example of predictive programming at work possibly but with Goode the sheer depth of his understanding of the technology gives his testimony an air of truth and I have to concede he’s one of the most convincing speakers on the SSP I’ve witnessed and one who makes a clear distinction between Solar Warden and the Dark Fleet operations on the Moon.

I’m coming towards the end of my SSP investigation now and despite extensive digging I’m no closer to knowing what I truly believe. The revelations are totally mind-bending but the events of this decade and the research I’ve done make it abundantly clear none of the testimony can be totally ignored or completely dismissed.
